Retort is a process that uses heat and pressure to sterilize food in a strong and sealed package. The retort process uses water or steam/air combination as a processing medium to heat the container/packages. Temperature and pressure inside the retort is closely monitored at each segment of process. Thanks to this amazing technology, the shelf life of all our food products is around 18 months.
