SKY BAR As the name suggests, ur Sky Bar is n the first flr f the htel. It features an utdr terrace and a full service bar including beer n tap and tw big screen TVs. SKY DINING Our Sky Dining area is a private space featuring a stne fireplace and is available fr seated and ccktail style functins. LOBBY LOUNGE This area is a versatile indr/utdr area, featuring a fire place and big screen TV. The lbby is ideal fr that infrmal get tgether with friends r wrk clleagues. BEER GARDEN Our beer garden is a large indr/utdr multi use area, featuring a fireplace. This ttal is achieved thrugh the accumulative ttal f fd & drinks purchased by the client and guests thrughut the functin perid. Minimum spend des nt include any n-csts f security, entertainment r additinal extras rganised by Kings Park Tavern r the client. Kings Park Tavern des nt charge a rm hire fee. BOOKING CONFIRMATION Bkings all functins are cnfirmed nce a $300 depsit has been paid. Prir t cnfirmatin bkings remain tentative -- Tentative bkings will be held fr a perid at the discretin f management. All effrts will be made t cntact the client befre a tentatively bked date is frfeited. In the case f functins requiring a minimum spend, the depsit will be refunded at the time f payment, given the minimum spend is achieved. In the case f n minimum spend being required fr the functin, the $300 depsit will frm part there f yur ttal bill; subject t the terms and cnditins f hire and any damages caused t the venue/prperty. PAYMENT Kings Park Tavern requires 10 days ntice fr all functin fd requirements. Payment fr all fd rders is required in full 7 prir t the functin. Any functin fd payment excludes the $300 depsit. Bar tabs may be activated n the day f the functin. Bar tabs are activated by depsiting a valid credit card and driver s license with the Manager n Duty. SECURITY Security must be rganised fr: -- All 21st birthdays with mre than 60 guests -- Any ther functins that management deems t require security Security will be prvided by Kings Park Tavern as an additinal cst. Cst in nn-negtiable. CANCELLATION Cancellatins made within 30 days prir t the functin will frfeit the $300 depsit. Depsit becmes refundable if a replacement functin is bked. Cancellatins made within 7 days prir t the functin will frfeit all payments and depsits. INSURANCE / DAMAGE The Kings Park Tavern will take all reasnable care, but accept n respnsibility fr any damage r lss f items befre, during r after a functin assciated with any f the functin rganisers r guests. The client indemnifies Kings Park Tavern against all liabilities r lsses incurred in cnnectin with their rganised functin The client is financially respnsible fr any lss r damage sustained t Kings Park Tavern premises r Kings Park Tavern prperty during a functin by yur guests either during r when entering r leaving the premises. OTHER The client shall cnduct the functin in an rderly manner and in full cmpliance with the rules set ut by Management and in accrdance with all applicable laws. The client is respnsible fr the cnduct f the guests and invitees. Kings Park Tavern is nt liable fr any csts, charges, expenses, damage and lss caused by any act r missin by the client, client s guests r invitees. We allw functins t bring their wn cake, and ther items as given permissin by the Licensee; hwever, n alchl r fd is t be bught t the venue by rganisers r guests f the functin. Management reserves the right t cease bar service whenever deemed necessary. Management reserves the right t ask any persn t leave the premises whenever deemed necessary. All persns under the age f 18 must be in the immediate presence f a respnsible adult at all times. Kings Park Tavern des nt hld 18th Birthday parties. Children are welcme t all functins and may stay the duratin f the event; given that the atmsphere remains apprpriate thrughut. Management reserves the right t determine apprpriateness f any functin r functin activity. All functin areas are fitted with a smke detectr. In the event that a functin rganiser r guest causes the fire alarm t activate and there is a fire brigade respnse, there is a penalty f $1600.00 payable n receipt f the invice frm NSW Fire Service r their agents.
