Prices listed are per person unless noted. Your meal is not necessarily limited to the items on this menu. If you have any special requests for your meal, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate. Special dietary needs can generally be accommodated if advance notice is given. All menu items may not be available for exceptionally large or small groups; please confirm your menu choices with us before sending out RSVP's or printing menus. The prices listed on this menu include buffet-style service (tended when appropriate) and high quality disposable dinnerware with silver-finish plastic utensils. China-like dinnerware is available starting at $1 per setting. Examples of disposables are available for viewing upon request. Stoneware dishes, stainless utensils, and glassware, etc. may be available for use depending on venue for a fee of $1.50 per person. For events that require the meal to be served rather than buffet-style, an additional $1.00 per person charge will apply. Billing & Payment We currently do not require a contract or deposit, but please keep in mind that our calendar often fills one year in advance, and we may turn away other customers after booking your event in order to ensure you and your event are given proper attention. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you anticipate a date change or possible cancellation. A final guest count is required one week prior to the event, and that is the number we must use for billing purposes. Sales tax must be added to your bill. A gratuity is never added to your bill, although it is customary in the catering industry and greatly appreciated. If you were pleased with the service you received, please do consider leaving a gratuity. Payment in full is due the day of the event. Cash or check are preferred payment methods. If necessary, credit/debit card payments can be made online at our website, however a 5% fee will be added to your bill. This menu is updated frequently, and prices are subject to change.
