ADDITIONAL DETAILS Prices are subject to 20% service charge, 15% Ringling fee, and 7% sales tax prices and products are subject to change. Additional wine, beer, and spirits available for an additional charge 30 day notice required. All juices, sodas, and bottled still and sparkling water are included with hosted bar packages. All glassware, linens, and tables are provided by caterer of choice. Service staff is charged at $20 per hour for the period of the rental, one hour of setup, and one hour of breakdown. One bartender per 50 people a wedding for 150 people would include one double bar, two bartenders/one single bar, one bartender/or three single bars and three bartenders. Additional bars will be charged $225 for bar set-up and a labor charge for the event. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION POLICY Modern Events is the only authorized licensee to sell and serve alcoholic beverages. All persons consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age or older. Modern Events reserves the right to request identification of all guests requesting alcoholic beverages. Modern Events reserves the right to suspend service to guests that exhibit behavior consistent with public drunkenness. Shots of alcohol are never served. Bars will close 15 minutes prior to the official ending of the event for example: a Ringling courtyard event beginning at 6:00 pm is allowed to run until midnight; if a 6-hour bar package is purchased, the bar will last until 11:45 pm.
