GENERAL TERMS OF SALE PRICE Bottle price duty free, in Euros ( ), freight costs depending on the delivery adress, in Central and Eastern Europe. AVAILABILITY Available while stocks last. PACKAGING All our wines are proposed in standard conditioning including : Label, back label, 6 bottles 75cl. The use of a specific label or a different dressing from our regular conditioning can entrainer the invoicing of additional costs. DELIVERY Except particular conditions our products are ready for delivery free alongside ship, when goods are transported the risk will pass to the customer and we accept no responsibility in case of dispute emanating from a deterioration of the product related to unsuitable means of transportation. However, we are able to propose a service of delivery until destination. CLAIM Any complaint regarding the conformity of the delivery will have to reach us within 5 days from the date of reception. After this deadline, the lack of complaint will be likined to the acceptance of the reception in compliance with the delivery slip. RETENTION OF TITLE CAUSE The seller saves himself the property of the goods indicated on this document up to the complete payment of their price. In case of total non-payment of the price and its accessories when due suited for some cause and in any respect whatsoever, the seller is already authorized to make proceed to an inventory of all the goods belonging to him. RISK TRANSFER The goods will remain the property of the seller up to the payment of their price but the buyer will become responsible from their material discount, the transfer of ownership has for consequence the transfer of risk. The buyer thus makes a commitment to sign right now an insurance contract guaranteeing the risk of loss, theft or destruction of the indicated goods. PAYMENT Term in 30 days from the date of invoicing except particular conitions stipulated on the order on the order form. Any payment time will engender the invoicing of late charges in the interest rate applied by the ECB, European Central Bank, increased by 7%. To every order a pre-shipment payment will be asked. No discount for advance payment. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD Except purchase in store or on fair, private individuals have a withdrawal period of 14 days as from the delivery.
