How to place an order Designs featured in this brochure can be ordered from Waterfields shops situated around the north west. Cakes are guaranteed to be ready at 7 days notice, (but if we can accommodate it we will accept orders up to 4 days before collection date). Payment - either in full at time of order or a minimum 30% deposit with the balance paid in cash on collection of cake. Looking for that special cake? Once cut keep in airtight container in cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate as this will dry out the sponge Rich Fruit Cake - Matured fruit cake brushed with rum, coated with marzipan & soft sugar icing. Once cut double wrap in cling film and keep in airtight container, do not refrigerate.
