Whether it is a wedding, formal or any other special occasion where you want to simply provide great food for your guests. We have the knowledge and skills to make your event a success. Our facility is accommodated with everything you might need to have a great event. We have a full bar, full menu; we can even create a special menu for your event! Beverages/Food No Outside Catering. All catering must come from Old Lumber Company. No exceptions. Set-up arrangements are by appointment only. You must meet with the Banquet Manager no later than 14 days prior to the event to discuss event details. You must provide Old Lumber Company with a guaranteed number when catering. No catered food is allowed to leave Old Lumber Company premises with out permission. Beverage service can be added to any event. All beverages must be purchased through Old Lumber Company. No exceptions, unless given permission from Banquet Manager. Guarantee/Cancellation If you cancel your event your deposit will not be refunded All events must provide Old Lumber Company a final attendance number 14 days prior to the event. The final attendance number when catering will be the guarantee. Anything below the number given at the time of the signed contract will not be accepted along with the initial guaranteed number being the lowest attendance billed. Any additional food counts that are added after the two weeks prior to the event will be considered late and an additional $2.00 will be applied. Advance Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the event. Banquet Room Included in the hall rental is: set-up, clean-up, tables for guests, chairs, linens(black or white), skirting, glassware, water pitchers, silverware, china, and black napkins. All decorating is up to the client. No confetti, rice, or birdseed or attaching anything to walls, doors, or fixtures is not allowed. No stapling to the columns or to the wall. Old Lumber Company will be ready to receive your guests at the time indicated on the contract. Old Lumber Company will set up and provide linen for catered events only. Entertainment is solely left up to the client. We offer a DJ option for an additional $500. DJ s must be done at 1:30 a.m. and out by 2 a.m. Old Lumber Company has the right to control volume restrictions.
