Terms & Conditions & Booking Form Booking Conditions for Christmas Events For all reservations, 10.00 per person non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full pre-payment is required 14 days prior to the function, after which time no alterations to numbers can be made or refunds given. The booking will only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Final numbers must be communicated to the hotel at least 14 days prior to the function. Provisional/Telephone bookings will be held for a maximum period of 10 days pending receipt of written confirmation and deposit, after which time the booking may be released. The proposed licensing times for our bars at the time of printing are subject to approval by the Local Licensing Authority. We reserve the right to alter and amend any of the contents of the enclosed. We reserve the right to cancel any event should the booking fail to reach minimum numbers. In such cases, the organiser will be given at least 10 working days notice and a full refund for the amount of monies paid or offered an alternative date. All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 15%.
