Terms & Conditions NUMBERS We can accommodate parties from 6 100 people in the restaurant. Total venue hire is also possible, with notice, please ask management. MENUS Our set menu is served to group reservations of 6 or more people. The set menus are a best selection of our a la carte menu: a host of Stoke House treats set up in a sharing style. This is a perfect way for large parties to dine together. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated if arranged in advance. In the event that certain dishes change, we will let you know before reservation. The whole table must be on the same deal. i.e. either all on food only or with drinks package. Tables are for 2.5 hours each. BOTTOMLESS DRINKING Bottomless drinks will be served one at a time. The time period is strictly 90 minutes. The last drink will be served 15 mins before your departure time. Management reserves the right to stop serving alcohol due to an excess of Christmas cheer. SERVICE CHARGE A service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill. All reservations for group bookings are subject to the following terms & conditions and no variation thereof will be accepted, unless agreed in writing with Stoke House. PAYMENT TERMS Full & final settlement of the bill is required at the end of your meal. We do not have the facility to create several bills. All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept cheques as a method of payment. CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS All bookings are provisional until Stoke House has received a signed Booking Form which constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. A provisional booking will be held for 5 days without confirmation, after that time they may be cancelled. Please return your confirmation form to us within 5 days of sending. The credit card details are used to secure the booking. We will charge 20 per person if you cancel the booking within 48 hours of the event. If there is a reduction in numbers we require notice in advance of arrival, otherwise we will charge the cost of each set menu as per the originally confirmed numbers. ACCOUNT FACILITIES We do not offer account facilities. VAT Value Added Tax at the current rate is included in all prices. DAMAGE The Client will be held responsible for and will reimburse Stoke House for any damage caused to our goods or premises.
