C A T E R I N G I N F O R M A T I O N CONTRACTS: Contracts must be signed to acknowledge your acceptance of the event details. All signed contracts are due five days after receipt. ROOM RENTAL: Prices are per day unless otherwise indicated. MEETING ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: All assignments are subject to change, please refer to the reader board posted in the hotel lobby upon arrival for verification. Please be mindful of scheduled times as another group may be scheduled following your function. Nothing is to be taped, stapled or affixed to the walls of the meeting room. No confetti is permitted in meeting rooms. At the conclusion of your function, the hotel reserves the right to charge additional cleaning or repair costs, if deemed necessary. FOOD & BEVERAGE SELECTIONS: The Kansas State Department of Health policy states that NO food or beverages may be brought into or removed from the hotel. TIME LINES: (prior to function) 10 BUSINESS DAYS - Food, beverage and audio visual selections are due to the Hotel. 5 BUSINESS DAYS - Signed banquet event orders are to the Hotel. Upon receipt, all arrangements are considered definite and if cancelled the hotel has the right to charge for contracted items. 3 BUSINESS DAYS - Guest count guarantee (definite number of attendees) is due to the Hotel. The count may be increased, however, it may not be decreased. If the hotel is not contacted, the original number submitted in the contract will be used as your final guarantee. CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel the Agreement only upon giving written notice to us. The parties agree to the following schedule: 90-60 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE: 25% of anticipated food/beverage and room rental costs 59-30 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE: 50% of anticipated food/beverage and room rental costs LESS THAN 30 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE: 75% of anticipated food/beverage and room rental costs PAYMENT/BILLING ARRANGEMENTS: A credit card is required for a guarantee. Direct billing will be accepted for groups expecting costs of $2000.00 or more within a one year period. Credit card charges will be posted on the Thursday following the function. Payment due for direct bill account within thirty days of receipt. SECURITY: The hotel is not responsible for items left in meeting rooms during the daytime sessions or overnight.
