Day 01 ARRIVAL HONG KONG (Sunset Harbour cruise and taste of Crispy Peking Duck) ARRIVAL HONG KONG after immigration and baggage claim, our local guide will be meeting you at the arrival hall after immigration and transfer to hotel. If you are not too tired, you may join the walking tour conducted by our local guide. Our local guide will walk you to Nathan Road which is the busiest area of shopping and dining, you will see the famous and luxuries hotel The Peninsula hotel there, follow by the visit to the Avenue of Stars (along the bund) with commemorative plaques and celebrities handprints, our local guide will also be showing the entrance of the nearest MTR station (underground train station), in case if you need to go further for shopping such as to Ladies Market or Temple Street Night market etc. Otherwise, take a short rest, take a lovely shower and prepare for the journey of the sunset cruise and the dinner. In the late afternoon, our local guide will be meeting you at the hotel lobby for the evening sunset cruise, we ll walk together to the Star Ferry Pier (15 minute walk) to on board the Aqualuna for the sunset cruise. During the cruise, 1 complimentary drink is included.
The cruise lasts for 1 hour, then we disembark at Tsimshatsui Star Ferry pier, proceed to the Peking Garden restaurant (around 5 minute walk) to enjoy the Peking duck dinner. Peking Garden restaurant is a well-known and traditional Pekinese restaurant, serving high-end. Pekinese cuisine especially the crispy Peking duck. Other than good food, there is also noodle making show nightly. After dinner, we will walk back to hotel. Day 02 HONG KONG ISLAND TOUR (Experience Cantonese Dim Sum) Buffet Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, our local guide will be meeting you at the hotel lobby for the Hong Kong island tour Tour visit Victoria Peak the highest peak on Hong Kong island while we can have the 360 degrees panoramic view over the harbour follow by the visit of Repulse Bay for the beach view. We will further drive down to Stanley Market - shoppers' Paradise where we can find a wide variety of souvenirs such as silk, garments, sportswear, Chinese artwork and accessories. We will continue our journey to Aberdeen Fishing village, an old traditional fishing village which is hard to find in any other parts of the World.
We will have the dim sum lunch at the famous Jumbo Floating restaurant, it is ornamented in the style of a gorgeous and exquisite ancient Chinese imperial palace. Over the past decades, Jumbo has been much appreciated by locals and tourists alike, and has become a scenic landmark of Hong Kong. A 'must-see' destination for visitors from overseas. After the tour, return to hotel Rest of the day will be your own leisure time, you may take this chance to explore Hong Kong on their own. Most people in Hong Kong speak English, so you can easily explore the city by yourself, it s easy and safe. Day 03 : HONG KONG LOCAL FOOD TASTING TOUR 01 Buffet Breakfast at hotel. Morning is free at leisure At about 2:00p.m, our local guide will be meeting you at the hotel lobby for the Hong Kong Local Food Tasting tour. Wontons with noodles Chinese BBQ roast meat (Siu Mei) Refreshing juice Dim Sum Preserved fruits Egg tart from local bakery. For the next 4 hours, we will take you to 6 family-run tasting food stalls featuring Hong Kong s classic food and drinks in the business district of Central and its neighbor - Sheung Wan, from a noodle shop to a local bakery for tastings both savory and sweet! Each eatery does not only represent the best samples of Hong Kong cuisine but also their history and interesting stories behind. Along the food tour, our foodie guide will lead you to the beautiful colonial architecture that still remain in the area, share fun facts and history about Central and Sheung Wan. Learn more of Hong Kong s food culture and history of development. After the tour, return to hotel. Rest of the day will be your own leisure time.
Day 04 BIG BUDDHA TOUR (NGONG PING 360 CABLE CAR, Vegetarian Lunch at Po Lin Monastery) Buffet Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, our local guide will be meeting you at the hotel lobby for the Big Buddha tour with the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car. Tour visit the 34M tall sitting Bronze-cast Buddha situated at Po Lin Monastery in Lantau island, Take the joyful 25 minutes cable car ride with breathtaking panorama of the Hong Kong International Airport, verdant, mountainous terrain of Lantau Island, Tian Tan Buddha and the 360-degree view of Ngong Ping Plateau. Vegetarian lunch at Po Lin Monastery. After the tour, return to hotel. Rest of the day will be your own leisure time. Day 05 HONG KONG LOCAL FOOD TASTING TOUR 02 This morning, there is not any breakfast at the hotel. At about 9:00a.m, our local guide will be meeting you at the hotel lobby for the Hong Kong Local Food Tasting tour 02. Milk Tea and French toast Egg Puffs Bean curd jelly - Roast Pork belly Freshly baked cookies from local bakery - Stall noodles or Chiu Chow Fish ball noodles. This morning, we will stop at six family-run food locations and sample delicious treats from breakfast to lunch, from savory classics to sweet, in the old district of Kowloon City, one of Hong Kong's most fascinating neighborhoods. We begin our tour by stopping at Hong Kong Style Café (Cha Chang Teng) for a typical Hong Kong breakfast Hong Kong milk tea and favourite bun.
In between tastings, we will stop by at iconic cultural remnants that offer a blast to the past, like Kowloon Walled City Park or local wet market. As we stroll along this area, learn about the changes Kowloon City has seen over the last few decades. By the time you ve eaten enough food for brunch, you ll feel like a local with new knowledge of Hong Kong s culinary culture! After the tour, return to the hotel.
