BE GLU10 FREE is primary focused in production of gluten-free baking mixtures from unconventional pseudo-cereals, such as teff, quinoa, amaranth, coix lacryma-jobi and sorghum which are known for their outstanding nutritious properties, as well as chia, chestnut, hemp, milk thistle and prickly pear which are another beneficial alternative, not only for patients with celiac disease, but also for everyone who wishes to do something for their health. We do not use soy flour and soy lecithin was replaced with sunflower lecithin in all the mixtures. Lupine flour is used only in two recipes. The mixtures are perfectly functional even without the use of any fat. However, the fat can be added per individual user s preferences to obtain later crumble. Baking from our mixtures is easy. Baked bread can be frozen after cooling, after preserving its quality.
