It s all about quality! Whichever aisle you went down at Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2017, you came across the quality of the event. Whether it was the craft and artisan products on display from our 687 producers, or the Chefs and speakers providing free-to-attend content. Our 9424 visitors were of similar quality. Your Audience 75% PURCHASING AUTHORITY: We don t allow students at the Fair and ask for proof of business from our attendees. 93% OF THE AUDIENCE IS FROM THE UK: Set in Central London to capture a top end audience, the Fair creates a centre of excellence for the food and drink world. 21% RETAIL BUYERS: Multiples, Delicatessens, Food Halls & Independent Retailers. 33% HOSPITALITY BUYERS: Caterers, Restaurants, Hoteliers, Cafes, Pubs & Bars 18% WHOLESALE BUYERS: Importers, Distributors and Wholesalers of Speciality products. International Flavour As well as being a beacon of outstanding British produce, Speciality & Fine Food Fair bought together examples of fine food from abroad too. Lord Mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, Gareth Wilson visited the Fair to meet producers on the Taste of Ulster stand. Giovanni Fava, Lombardy Minister of Agriculture, attended to watch Italian chefs whip up a storm using ingredients from the Lombardy Region on the demo stage. We had pavilions showcasing produce from: Lombardy, China, Spain, Japan, Portugal, Hungary, and France, as well as dedicated areas for Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

Pre-Fair Marketing SOCIAL MEDIA: Our social channels have a combined reach of 21,000 contacts. In 2017, the Fair trended on Twitter for a third year running thanks to an active audience of over 12,000 food and drink professionals. EMAIL: A targeted email campaign highlighted the innovative products buyers could expect to find at the Fair and was received by 80,000 contacts from retail, hospitality and wholesale. ONLINE: Our website receives a steady stream of traffic, with an average of 63,000 unique visits a month, thanks to online ads, our blog content and partner emails. The exhibitor list ranks as the highest viewed page throughout the campaign. PRINT: We also ran a comprehensive offline campaign, include a curated Fair Preview that is mailed to 10,000 qualified buyers. PRESS: We placed articles in over 40 trade media outlets including The Caterer, Speciality Food Magazine, Independent Retail News and Fine Food Digest reaching a total circulation of 463,294.
