All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders, and submit meal pre-orders, four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.
CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS Celebrate the festive season in style with friends and colleagues at one of our Christmas Party Nights. Gather in the Elgar Bar if you wish to purchase drinks before sitting down at 8:00pm for a three-course meal, followed by a disco with our resident DJ until 1:00am. A choice menu is offered and choices should be submitted four weeks prior to your event. STARTER ROASTED PLUM TOMATO AND GARLIC SOUP (V) scented with basil oil. CHICKEN LIVER AND CLEMENTINE PÂTÉ served with a red onion and cranberry chutney, with French bread croûtes. CHRISTMAS DAY LUNCH Christmas is all about eating, drinking and being merry - and it just so happens those are three of our favourite things. Christmas Day Lunch starts with a glass of Buck s Fizz followed by a delicious, traditional four-course meal. The Court Bar will be open from noon, with sittings available at 1:00pm, 1:30pm and 2:00pm. Santa will visit with a present for all the children. The restaurant will close at 5:00pm. STARTER TIAN OF SMOKED AND POACHED SALMON with king prawns and dill crème fraîche. CREAM OF WHITE MUSHROOM SOUP served with tarragon and croutons. We understand how hectic the festive season can be for all emergency services, which is why we celebrate it right through January too. Here at the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa, our January party night means that you can still enjoy a real festive atmosphere, eat delicious food and drink and strut your stuff at the disco. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. All Party Night events are subject to demand exceeding the minimum numbers required to proceed with a successful event, if not alternative dates with availability may be offered. 2. A 10 non refundable deposit for each guest is required within 7 days of making your party reservation in order to guarantee your booking. 3. The final balance is due four weeks prior to your event. If you make a booking within four weeks of arrival you will need to pay the full balance straight away. 4. All accommodation must be guaranteed with a credit/debit card on time of booking and paid on departure. 5. You can add to your booking at any time (subject to availability), but if you need to reduce numbers, you will not receive a refund and your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks, accommodation or any other services. 6. If we have to cancel a party or change the entertainment, you will be informed and will be offered an alternative event or a refund. 7. You will be given a separate contract for bookings of over 75 guests. 8. Table lay-outs, table sizes and room plans are at the discretion of the hotel, as this is impacted by numbers attending each event. 9. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific requests but guarantees are not possible. 10. If a specific pre-ordered wine is unavailable, you will be offered a suitable alternative. 11. Bedrooms will be available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival. 12. All prices include VAT at the current rate. 13. All bookings are subject to availability. Dietary requirements If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know in advance of your booking and we will put together a suitable menu for you. Some of our dishes may contain nuts, therefore, please highlight any allergies to the hotel prior to the event. Liabilities The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement or liable to an attendee or guest for any loss or damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Room allocation and seating arrangements Unless stated in the brochure the party location will be determined by the hotel. We reserve the right to split larger parties into smaller groups or smaller parties to be joined with other groups, the table plan for the night will be decided by the hotel, dependant on final number for each function. We reserve the right to change the specific room location of an event if necessary, while still providing the menu and entertainment listed. Pricing The hotel reserves the right to increase the level of VAT subject to legislative increases. All prices include items as described in this brochure, although menu substitutions are possible depending on availability of ingredients. All prices are correct at time of going to print. Timings Dinner service will begin promptly so please arrive in good time so as not to inconvenience other guests. We reserve the right to amend or alter content at any time without prior notice.
