www.atlantajerkfest.com Atlanta Caribbean Jerk Festival 3721 New Ma Road Suite 200 107 Powder Springs, GA 30127 Sunday, September 2, 2018 ATLANTA CARIBBEAN JERK FESTIVAL VENDOR AGREEMENT Glen Simmonds Events, Carib Event Partners, and MCMG Inc with support from Business Concepts Consulting and Accounting and in association with the Atlanta Montego Bay Sister Cities Foundation and Island Gruve Music will present the 13th Annual Grace Atlanta Caribbean Jerk Festival on Sunday, September 2, 2018 noon to 10 pm at the Georgia International Horse Park Grand Prix Stadium located 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway in Conyers, Georgia. There will be a variety of Jerk and Caribbean foods available, live entertainment featuring top Caribbean and International musicians, domino tournament and several other activities for the whole family. There is a limited amount of booth space available. It is important to pay early because booth payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Vendors who don t pay on time may have their vending slot assigned to someone else. The fee for a food vending booth is $850.00. Arts & Crafts booths are $425.00. All booth categories are listed on the attached forms. All payments should be made by cash, certified check or money order. The mailing address is Atlanta Caribbean Jerk Festival, 3721 New Macland Rd, Suite 200-107, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127. Full payment must be received no later than June 29, 2018. CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO: ATLANTA CARIBBEAN JERK FESTIVAL Please check with Atlanta Jerk Festival regarding booth space availability and if you will be allocated a vending slot before sending in application and/or payment. The booth space is sized for a 10 x 10 and is strictly enforced. ****VENDORS WILL HAVE TO SECURE THEIR OWN FOOD PERMITS FROM THE ROCKDALE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT**** Download more info from Jerk Fest website. Please note that no tents, tables, chairs, extension cords or generators will be provided by organizers of festival. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS A JERK FESTIVAL, SO FOOD VENDORS SHOULD ENDEAVOR TO STICK TO THAT THEME AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Atlanta Caribbean Jerk Festival 3721 New Ma Road Suite 200 107 Powder Springs, GA 30127 BASIC RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules must be adhered to. Breach of these rules will result in immediate ejection from the venue. 1. Vendors are not allowed to sell any WATER, ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE, SODA OR BEVERAGE OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOME-MADE FRUIT JUICES OR DRINKS. 2. NO WEAPONS or FIREARMS are allowed. NO GLASS BOTTLES or GLASS CONTAINERS should be dispensed to the public. 3. EACH FOOD VENDOR IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER AT THEIR BOOTH. 4. ALL VENDORS AND STAFF MUST BE AT THE PARK BETWEEN 7 A.M and 10 A.M. SHARP, THE CUT OFF TIME FOR VENDOR ENTRY IN THE PARK IS 10 A.M. ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRY AFTER 10 A.M. 5. ALL ITEMS TO BE SOLD MUST BE LISTED ON THIS VENDOR AGREEMENT. 6. EACH FOOD VENDOR IS ALLOWED FIVE ASSISTANTS FREE ADMISSION (6 TOTAL TICKETS). OTHER VENDORS ARE ALLOWED TWO ASSISTANTS FREE ADMISSION (3 TOTAL TICKETS). EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON WILL PAY FULL TICKET PRICE. PASSES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. 7. EACH VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THEIR AREA OF ALL GARBAGE DURING AND AFTER THE EVENT. 8. NO POWER WILL BE PROVIDED. VENDORS SHOULD PROVIDE THEIR OWN GENERATOR. 9. Glen Simmonds Events, Carib Event Partners, MCMG Inc, Business Concepts Consulting and Accounting, the Atlanta Montego Bay Sister Cities Foundation, Festival sponsors, Georgia International Horse Park or their associates are in no way responsible or will be held liable for personal injury, loss or adversity as a result of any incident or Act of God on the day of the festival. 10. Vendors will be inspected at the gate by Atlanta Caribbean Jerk Festival personnel. Vendors are responsible to pay the required taxes to the Department of Revenue. Unauthorized goods will be confiscated. Vendor Fee is non-refundable.
