(Individual answers) - Local, non,commercial dishes. Mole, caldo tlalpeño, elotes con queso, esquites, escamoles, frijol con puerco, entomadato, etc. These dishes are super local and very delicious. Issue: maybe the flavors are not well accepted in Europe. - Tacos al pastor, real nachos, tortas, cochinita pibil, salsas. - Pie de limon, arroz. - Traditional Mexican dishes, most of the european people think "Tex-Mex" food is Mexican, of course we can find really good mexican restaurants buts it's really hard. Also at supermarkets, the only products that you can get are still Tex-Mex. - Spices and Ingredients like: green tomato, chile chipotle, tortillas, mole - Prices!! - Dishes: Enchiladas, Chilaquiles, Tamales, Tacos, Pozole - Candiestamarindo.Enchiladas con mole o con salsa verde, taco de ojo o tripa, taco de pastor con ananás. Tacos governador, ceviche mexicano entostado, Sopes. Tamales. Pozole. Salsa aqui no es bueno. Madrid hay un buen restaurante - la lupita. - The ingredients are sometimes not the same, it can be hard to get the same flavor with similar ingredients. Vegetables and spices are sometimes not available here or different. 32

The different types of hot peppers (chiles) are not available and they are crucial for most of the Mexican dishes. - The spiciness in the food. - Enchiladas and chilaquiles. - Salsas verdes, molletes, enchiladas, tacos al pastor, agua de horchata, jicama, arroz mexicano. - Variety in the products and the original flavor. - Mexican restaurants who offer authentic dishes, no Tex-Mex, typical ingredients; Tacos carnitas, al pastor, pescado; Tamales; Tortas; Mezcal. - Tacos, conchinita pibil, birria, pozole, mole poblano. - Authentic Mexican Tacos, Ceviche Mexicano. - A restaurant which serves typical Mexican dishes which I experienced there on the streets and markets. I like Pistola y Corazon in Lisbon but I would like to have more than just tacos. - Authentic Mexican restaurants serving dishes from the different regions of Mexico with traditional cooking methods; there are so many Mexican dishes I haven't ever seen in Europe and I was in a lot of countries; Mexican food in Europe is Tex-Mex and focused on burritos filled with tons of ingredients. - Cocteles de camarón y de pescado, agua chile de camarón, tacos al pastor, tacos de lengua, tacos chicharron, tamale, mezcal, agua fresca, varieties of chile. - An authentic restaurant with a basic Mexican food menu like tacos, tamales, tortas, etc. - the food you get in Mexico on every street corner. - Authentic Mexican restaurants. - I missed the authenticity in the food and the typical plates. - Authentic Mexican food; tacos, tortas, tamales, etc. 33
