THE PLAYAS BAR & RESTAURANT The Playas Bar and Restaurant offers a tranquil environment to soak in the splendor overseeing the Gary Player designed Championship Golf Course, with large windows and a terrace area offering fantastic views over the neighbouring vineyards and the majestic Hottentots Holland Mountain range. In winter, a wood-burning fire sets up a cosy atmosphere for a memorable occasion, whether it is a private family gettogether or a larger corporate event. THE BOARDROOM For meetings of a more serious nature, there is our corporate boardroom. It s the idea venue for that all-important business meeting and seats up to 10 people comfortably.
LEGENDS OUR FUNCTION & EVENT ROOMS Our conference & function venues, Legends, is located on the first floor of the Clubhouse, offering spectacular views and the space to comfortably accommodate up to 150 people. The venue can also be sub-divided into two separate conference venues, Mountainside and Greenside. Our venues caters for events of all shapes and sizes, either on its own or in combination with the Playas Bar and Restaurant. Flexible wall units can be moved around to create the perfect space for your unique needs. SERVICES CATERING Our banqueting menus are designed by head chef Pierre Fourie, who specialises in creating a gastronomic feast for any event, according to your taste and your budget. We have a wide range of menus available, from breakfasts to braais, set-menus to buffets - even specially-themed menus to match your function. We also cater for all your dietary requirements, including Kosher and Halaal. BEVERAGES The Erinvale Clubhouse is fully licenced and offers an extensive beverage selection. Due to our location, in the heart of the Winelands. We offer a varied selection of outstanding wines at affordable prices. At Erinvale Golf Club, we are proud of having many surrounding vineyard owners as members; their wines are incorporated in to our wine list. With prior arrangement private selected wines will be allowed corkage fees apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY Should you cancel your event you will forfeit your deposit as follows: 1 month before the day 25% of the deposit 2 weeks before the day 50% of the deposit 1 week before the day 100% of the deposit Any booking changes must be made more than 4 weeks prior to the event date to avoid penalties.
