Vineyard: 70 hectares (173 acres) Wine Region Burgenland: It is a unique wine-producing region in an Austrian context because the most recognizable wines produced here are based on red varieties. This is why it is also unofficially called the red wine quarter of the country. At the same time very nice and unique whites are also produced in Burgenland!! This can be attributed to the plentiful sunshine the region experiences, which averages almost 2,000 hours per year. Soil and Climate: The primary rock is slate. The perfect vineyards for our Pinot s are limestone and brown soil. Hot, dry summers and cold winters combined with the temperature-regulating influence of the lake Neusiedl, which creates long vegetation periods. High humidity and autumn fog help to develop botrytis cinerea, which forms the basis for our top quality sweet wines, such as TBA Small Hill Sweet and TBA Hill 3. The success story of the Leo Hillinger wine-growing estate With a 70-hectare area under cultivation in Austria, the Hillinger wine-growing estate is one of the largest high-quality wine producers in Austria. Since Leo Hillinger took over his father's small wine business in 1990, he has created a model Austrian business by instigating intelligent structural reforms and buying good locations around Jois and Rust. His passionate commitment has now paid off in more ways than one. THE PHILOSOPHY OF LEO HILLINGER If the grape material is top quality, less has to be done in the cellar. After many years of experience and numerous experiments I know: The fruit must be perfect and should reach the bottle not having been tampered with." The wines especially the top-quality cuvées Hill 1, Hill 2 and Hill 3 regularly receive awards both inside and outside Austria (Falstaff, Gault Millau, Parker, Mundus Vini, Wine Spectator, Decanter, Wine and Spirits, etc.). Overall, the wines convince with their pleasant fruitiness, powerful body and high development potential. With innovative products such as the Secco sparkling wine and the Small Hill range (red, white, rosé, sweet), Hillinger has also succeeded in appealing to new, young consumer groups in particular. More than 50 percent of total production is already exported to a total of 19 countries, in particular Switzerland, the USA and to the Far East and other East European countries. WINES & PRODUCTION The top quality of the wines is guaranteed by the synthesis of close-to-nature vineyard work with state-of-theart cellar technology. Hillinger has relied on organic wine cultivation since 2010. The high density of the wines is created by consistent work in the vineyard. An average of 4,000 5,000 kilograms of grapes are harvested per hectare, which equals approximately 1.5 to 2 kilograms of grapes per vine. Vineyard areas in different locations and with different soils - from black soil to brown soil to clay and slate - allow multi-layered wines to be created. The wine-growing estate of Hillinger covers 25 hectares in Rust, 20 hectars in Oggau and 25 hectares in Jois. The white wines cultivated are Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Gelber Muskateller, the red wines are Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.

Leo Hillinger Secco Sparkling Pinot Noir pink ribbon 100% Pinot Noir crafted into a sparkling rose wine made in the ProSecco style. It has delicate aromas of fresh strawberries and red berries, which follow through on the palate. The flavors are beautifully balanced with a vibrant and refreshingly dry finish. Wonderful as an aperitif to begin a great dinner and evening, pairs very well with Sushi, or serve after dinner with fresh strawberries. Secco also makes a perfect toast!! Alc. 12% acidity 6.7 g/l residual sugar 18 g/l Leo Hillinger Pinot Gris 2016 Given its uncomplicated nature, Pinot Gris, also known as Grauburgunder in Austria, is very enjoyable to drink. A golden yellow color with an aroma reminiscent of exotic fruits and fresh nuts, with a fine honey note in the background, which is pleasantly reflected in the mouth. The finish is dry, pleasant and long. This wine is ideal for fish, white meat dishes and vegetables or simply as an elegant wine to drink on its own. Alc. 13% acidity 5.1 g/l residual sugar 1.0g/l Small Hill White 2015 70 % Welschriesling, 20 % Sauvignon Blanc, 10 % Muskateller A Bright straw yellow with green reflections. The smell is fresh and fruity with a hint of nutmeg. The acid and the fruit form a harmonious interplay on the palate and thus provide this wine with great drinking pleasure. A wine to enjoy young. Alc. 11,5% acidity 5,9 g/l residual sugar 4,6 g/l Small Hill Rose 2016 This rosé wine is enticing not only with its berry/fruit nose and taste; visually, it is also a total pleasure when you first see it, with its strong pink to light red color. With its crisp and well-integrated acidity, this wine, made of 50% Zweigelt, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% St. Laurent, is the perfect summer companion. Alc. 13 % acidiy 5,9 g/l residual sugar 4 g/l Leo Hillinger Pinot Blanc 2015 Terroir Leithaberg produced from 40-year old vines and this wine reflects all that! Straw yellow in color, it shows the mineral content and salinity of the lime and slate soil. Aromas of peach, nuts and smoke. Juicy with a good complexity and firm texture, white fruit nuances, and fresh, while maintaining its structure. A wine that grabs your attention through its elegant yet distinctive minerality and pleasantly long palate. Great aging potential. Alc. 13.5% acidity 5.7g/l residual sugar 1g/l 2013 Wine Enthusiast 93pts. Sauvignon Blanc Natural 2015 Medium straw yellow with a slight tubitdity. The nose presented magnificent exotic aromas of mango, passion fruit and a touch of hay. On the palate the wine is supple despite firm tannins. Contains sulfites. Alc. 11,5 % acidity 6,0 g/l residual sugar 0,8 g/l MSKTTTNLL Natural 2015 The color shines in bright golden yellow with slight turbidity. In the nose, the wine presents very opulent, with typical muscat notes and aromas of mandarin and herbs. On the palate taut with a very elegant finish. Alc. 11,5 % acidity 4,9 g/l residual sugar 0,9 g/l [SANDJO VE:ZE] Natural 2015 Seductive magenta red in the glass, wonderful fruity notes like strawberries and raspberries in the nose. The palate presents very juicy with lively acidity and silky, fine tannins. A universally wine, whether alone or with food of all kinds! Tip: The best slightly chilled drink (12-14 C). Leo Hillinger Small Hill Red 2014 50% Merlot, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% St. Laurent Slick and polished, handsome and sexy, dashing with a firm body. Former super model turned winemaker, Leo Hillinger, created this blend to make an easy, soft, drinkable, red with dark fruit. A light oak barrel touch and eloquent tannins, this red speaks of drinkability with plush texture and friendly flavors into the finish. Alc. 13% acidity 4.6 g/l residual sugar 6.2g/l Wine Enthusiast 89pts. Leo Hillinger Pinot Noir Eveline 2015 Pinot Noir from Austria! It has a typical Pinot Noir nose with strawberries, raspberries and floral notes such as violets. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied. It has intense notes of herbs and puréed dark berries. The wine has typical Burgundy structure with soft tannins, a juicy ripeness and an elegant, long finish. Alc. 13% acidity 4.8g/l residual sugar 2.9g/l Leo Hillinger Blaufränkisch 2015 - organic Deep black berry fruit and soft tannins balanced with beautiful black pepper spices. The finish is very long, smooth and silky with some of the spice and fruit returning. A medium bodied soft wine, which can be enjoyed on its own or with barbeque, grilled fish (little chilled), pork tenderloin and kabobs. Alc. 13% acidity 4.6g/l residual sugar 3.0g/l Leo Hillinger Zweigelt 2015 organic Textbook Zweigelt with dark plum color, red raspberry, currant and red licorice notes. Medium to fullbody with soft tannins and dark spice on the full finish. Very food friendly, pairing well with pork, grilled meats or vegetables and red sauces. Alc. 12.5%,acidity 4.9g/l, residual sugar 3.6g/l Leo Hillinger HILLSide 2014 60% Syrah, 30% Merlot, 10% Zweigelt This wine has an explosive nose of plum, raspberry, sweet tobacco and vanilla. Big and full up-front with good spice, black pepper and a long pleasant lingering finish Alc. 14.0% acidity 4.5 g/l residual sugar 5.8g/l Wine Enthusiast 91pts, Falstaff 92pts. Leo Hillinger Blaufränkisch Leithaberg DAC 2014 Leithaberg is the newest DAC in Austria and this wine is dark ruby red with a black core. Ripe cherry, blackberry, graphite, licorice, and spicy notes. Fresh cherry-fruits on the plate, tight structure, but soft. A wine with elegant tannin, good acidity, dark berries and good spice on the long smooth finish. This wine matches more than perfectly to grilled steaks, lamb and venison. Alc.. 13.5 % acidity 5.3 g/l residual sugar 1.0g/l Wine Enthusiast 92pts, Falstaff 92pts. St. Laurent 2015 St. Laurent is an important Austrian grape variety, which grabs one's attention through its charming character. Full ruby-red with black core. With intense wild berry and cherry aromas, the palate is earthy, animalistic and explosive. Tannins are strong and impart a solid structure to the wine. A good accompaniment to game foods, long ageing potential. Alc 12,5 % acidity 5,8 g/l residual sugar 3 g/l Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 Generally combined with Merlot and Cabernet Franc in cuvées, Burgenland s winegrowers take the chance to produce pure varietal Cabernets. Dark ruby color with an intensive violet hue, the nose explodes with cassis and toasty aromas, underpinned with spicy nuances. Still young on the palate, firm tannin structure, spicy texture and lingering finish. Great ageing potential. Alc 14 % acdity 4,6 g/l residual sugar 3,5 g/l

Pinot Noir Terroir 2015 With its tender fruity nose, highlighted by earthy and spicy notes, and reminiscent of fine wood, the Pinot Noir is pure seduction. Through its supple tannin structure, the palate is presented as extremely interesting. A long finish provides for unforgettable drinking pleasure. Alc. 13 % acidity 5,4 g/l residual sugar 2,3 g/l Leo Hillinger Hill 1 2013 40% Zweigelt, 20% Syrah, 20% Blaufränkisch, 20% Merlot Dark, explosive nose with a palate filled with dark berry fruit that is very powerful. The tannins are perfectly balanced by the thick structure. Very long finish. Aged 18 months in new Alliér and Troncai wood. This wine is great now and also has a big future ahead. Alc.14.5% acidity 5.2 g/l residual sugar 2.9 g/l Wine Enthusiast 92pts Falstaff 93pts. Blaufränkisch Terroir 2007 Intensive dark ruby in colour; cherry, ripe red berries, fresh herbs and an interesting peppery spiciness caress the nose. The palate offers mineral notes deriving from the slate soils of the Ruster vineyards as well as the typicity of the Blaufränkisch acidity and a dense tannin structure. Alc.14%, acidity 6,1 g/l residual sugar 1,3 g/l Icon Hill 2011 The colour is a deep dark red with a black core. On the nose, the wine is fresh, cool and seems so precise; fruit and spice are very harmonious with black berry fruit, smoky Brazil tobacco, liquorice and black pepper. ICON HILL displays a beautiful concentration. On the palate, it is creamy with a dark caramel, prunes and ripe, balanced supporting tanning agents. With its wonderful balance, you can assume a potential here that will easily survive the first 10 years. Limited edition of 999 bottles! Contain Sulfites! Alc. 14,5 % acidity 6,5 g/l residual sugar 1,0 g/l Small Hill Sweet 50 % Welschriesling, 50 % Chardonnay A fine Trockenbeerauslese, golden yellow, brilliant reflections, a subtle nose of honey and raisins. The dense structure along with plenty of freshness distinguish this perfect dessert and cheese wine. Ageing potential of approximately 20 years. Alc. 8,5 % acidity 7,2 g/l residual sugar 221,4 g/l Hill 3 2015 Trockenbeerenauslese made of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose acacia honey, hints of orange ripple underneath, very tightly structured palate and perfectly balanced acidity, almost endless finish. 12 months maturation in oak barrels of new Allier wood. Alc.7,5 % acidity 6,8 g/l residual sugar 270 g/l
