Jason Suite at Cascades Leisure Centre The Jason Suite and meeting room at Cascades can be hired for both meetings and functions. We can cater for up to 60 people for a sit down meal and up to 150-180 for an evening celebration. There is also a small secure patio garden. Function room hire 40.00 per hour 9am 6pm 55.00 per hour 7pm- Midnight All day Weddings (room hire free) Friday and Saturday evening function 250.00 7pm 11.30pm (room set up prior to 7pm 15.00ph) Linen tablecloths, co-ordinating napkins, chair covers and tassels for wedding receptions can be arranged at an additional cost. Main Hall at Cygnet Leisure Centre Cygnet main hall is an ideal function facility for large weddings and special events. It can accommodate up to 300 seated guests and 700 standing, it has an adjacent bar and party illuminations. (Prices on request) NB. Catering cannot be provided at this venue - external catering is permitted. Main Hall at The Swanscombe Centre The main hall is available for hire & is an ideal venue for weddings, dances and presentation evenings. We can accommodate up to 150 seated and 250 standing. There is an adjacent bar to the hall with toilets and lift access. NB. Catering cannot be provided at this venue - external catering is permitted.
