1 ShyKatz has opened a new location on Lake Conroe inside of the Thousand Trails camp ground in Willis TX. Outside guests are welcome to come on site, eat the best food in town and then enjoy the park facilities with a 2 hour pass. Our menu features breakfast, lunch and dessert options.. and NOBODY leaves hungry! Mention Yelp and we get free dessert with your order. Established in History ShyKatz was born when Kat Kearns came to Galveston after Ike with a burning desire to share God's Love. She asked him to guide her to His will for her, and he used her gift and passion of cooking! Inspired by her grandma's secret recipes, ShyKatz cooks everything from scratch. It isn't a fast food type of thing.. each meal is an experience. As she says "if I can just get my food in their mouth, we won't need to advertise.. they'll be back!" Since Galveston, Kat has opened a second location in Texas City and was able to bless Galvestons original lead cook with a restaurant of his own! On thanksgiving day of 2017 ShyKatz on the Lake opened in Willis TX where we hope to expand throughout the campgrounds of Thousand Trails!
