1 FINAL FIVE FORMULA SAMPLE MENU This 28 day meal plan is meant to be an example only. You do not have to follow it exactly as written. Use the vegetables, meat, fruit, nuts, that you like. Create your own recipes. Make the program your own! This meal plan includes three meals per day and follows Tier 2 of the diet. This sample meal plan essentially follows the Paleo diet. Do your best to avoid snacking between meals. Remember that you are working on losing that last little bit of weight and dietary discipline should be top priority.
