2 From simple wine & beer packages to a full cocktail bar Ginger Jar Food has created a menu of wines, beers, cocktails & soft drinks to bring a comprehensive bar offering to your event. Whether it be matching wines to fine dining, or setting up drinks reception for 500, we have options to suit every occasion. Pricing. Bar staff. Hire equipment. Wines from 9 a bottle. Our standard wine list is split into affordable price levels, so you can tailor your choices to suit your budget. If you are looking for something off list, we re happy to send in suggestions and a tailored quote. Drinks packages from 6 per person. We have created some simple drinks packages, which allow you to offer a combination of sparking wine, red & white wines, beers & soft drinks at your event. From 6+VATpp, these packages can be tailored to suit your budget, the length of your event and the event style & theme. Cocktails from 4.50 a drink. Our range of cocktails include the base alcohol, the mixers and the garnishes. NB/ If having a drinks only event, we have a minimum spend of 300+VAT on drinks. We have a team of trained front of house managers and bar staff to make sure your event goes without a hitch. From setting up of the bar, chilling of drinks, organising back of house and breaking down the event, our team can look after the whole caboodle. Our team are charged at the following hourly rates, with a minimum shift length of 4 hours. Front of house manager / 25 per hour Bar manager / 25 per hour Mixologist / 30 per hour Standard bar staff / 18 per hour Bar backs, glass clearers / 15 per hour All hourly rates are quoted exc. VAT Pay Bars. Ginger Jar doesn t currently offer a pay bar service. The packages and pricing in the document are designed for customers who wish to offer a free bar at their event or pre-sell tickets, which include the drinks. Glassware We can advise you on the correct glassware for your drinks order and arrange the hire, delivery, collection and cleaning for you. Bars From simple trestle tables w/ crisp linens to LED lit bars or themed bars, please ask if you would like a quote. Bar service-ware We can also help with hiring the nuts of bolts, which make bar service super slick. From simple things such as non slip trays, chiller bins and ice buckets, through to drugget matting to protect floors or full back of house recycling, we can help organize the lot.

We ve kept our list short & simple to match different budgets & tastes. If you re looking for anything more specific, do let us know and we can create a bespoke quote for you. White Red Sparkling Baron De Baussac Viognier, France 9 Baron De Baussac Carignan, France 9 Prosecco Corte Alta NV DOC, Italy 12 HOUSE Fresh & dry w/ apricots & white peach, this French viognier will give your party a distinctive note of difference. Deep, inky & crammed w/ black cherry fruit & a touch of vanilla from oak aging. A reliable wine w/ canapés or full meal. Delicate & aromatic w/ light body & fine bubbles, this Prosecco drinks well on it s own or mixed as a welcome Bellini. Camino Real Blanco Rioja 2014, Spain 10 Oltre Passo Primitivo, IGT Salento, Italy 10 Prosecco di Conegliano NV DOCG, Italy 14 GOOD Ripe fruit flavours, with notes of dried apricot and melon. Honey tones and a rounded finish. Perfect with spicy chorizo or tapas. Deep ruby in colour, with strong notes of dried figs and dates. Soft and velvety mouth feel, with a soft finish. A great Prosecco from the La Marca winery w/ a fine mousse & typical fruit characters of apples & tropical fruit. BETTER Fathoms Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand Bone dry and fresh, with plenty of citrus, green apple, elderflower and gooseberry. A classic easy drinking Sauv Blanc. 13 Capilla de Barro Malbec, Argentina Intensely purple, full of plums & brambles, this great value Malbec will certainly create a stir. Well balanced w/ lots of panache. 13 Bouvet Ladubay Saumur NV, France Fruit and floral, with plenty of honeysuckle and apple compote. Made in the traditional method, a great alternative to Champagne. 16 Albarino Martin Codax, Spain 15 St Desir Pinot Noir, Pays d Oc, France 15 Chapel Down Brut NV, England 22 GREAT Delicate peachy aromas w/ hints of spice, honey & a floral finish. Makes a great partnership w/ salty foods. Medium oak, with light violet flowers and red summer berries. Perfect with lighter meat and game, spring lamb and spiced fish dishes. One of the few remaining family-owned Champagne houses, De Telmont is a mediumbodied w/ a classic yeasty style.

Peroni Nastro 2.25 / bottle Brixton Effra 3.75 / bottle We can source all kinds of craft beer for your event just ask! SALE OR RETURN. We offer sale or return on unused drinks for a 50 admin fee. Bottles or cases of beer must be unopened and in a saleable condition. Please bear this in mind if chilling wine over ice, as this will spoil the label.

7 BOOKING. Should you choose to book your wedding with us as deposit of 25% will be due to secure the date, with the full balance being due before the event. We can accept payment via online bank transfer, cheque or credit card (via an online PayPal einvoice, subject to a 3% transaction fee). If paying on a sale or return basis then 75% of the balance needs to be paid up front, with the balance being due as soon as final consumption is known. CONTACT.
