2 GIN COCKTAILS There is something quite Poetic about the proper union of gin and mixer We use the Poetic License gin we think works best in the cocktail but if you d like to try it with another, just ask! Tom Collins 6.45 A classic long drink. Poetic License Old Tom Gin, sugar, lemon and soda water served long over ice Old Black n Blue Bramble 6.75 This take on a classic gin cocktail shakes Poetic License Old Tom Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with Chambord raspberry liqueur, and tops it with blueberry purée and a blackberry to make it black n blue Singapore Sling 6.95 A long drink hailing from the East. Poetic License Northern Dry, Grand Marnier cherry liqueur, sloe gin and a squeeze of lime topped up with soda and garnished with a lime wedge and a cherry Picnic Bees Knees 6.25 Strawberries plus honey make this one sweet cocktail.
