1 SWEET SHOP The Backroom Leeds, Speakeasy 1920's themed cocktail bar and event space with a fantastic range of cocktails, world beers, Gins and Bourbon Whiskeys. The concept originates from 1920's America, during the prohibition. Alcohol s popularity created a roaring trade for hundreds of illegal bars, known as Speakeasies. Here at the Backroom Leeds, we have created a taste of the past & prohibition era. Serving prohibition classics with a fresh and fruity twist, combined with a cocktail selection to evoke memories of your childhood, you can buy bags of sweets from the bar too! With two large rooms, two bars, dance floor, full A/V facilities, air conditioning, outside smoking terrace and a capacity of 500, the Backroom is perfect for group bookings, club nights, corporate events and Christmas parties. This unlikely combination re-creates a childhood favourite in liquid form! FRUIT SALAD MARTINI 6.50 Stoli Vodka, Banana Liqeur & Galliano shaken with grenadine & freshly squeezed Orange juice. This fruity mix brings tastes like the famous once named penny chews. BON BON SOUR 6.50 Butterscotch liqeur, Limoncello, sugar and Lemon juice shaken with Egg White to create an amazing sweet, smooth, Lemon, Toffee taste.. LEMON SHERBERT 6.50 Stoli Vodka, Lemon & Pineapple juices shaken with Sugar served long over ice. Zingy and very refreshing! WHITE GUMMY BEAR 6.50 The greatest gummy bear flavour of them all! TATTINGER ROSE 59 Blended from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, this is a succulently fruity, supple and aromatic Champagne with fine bubbles and a crisp, refreshing finish of extended length. LAURENT PERRIER ROSE 65 Intensely fruity flavors, clean, well-defined and slightly sharp, the wine then opens up to provide an impression of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries: strawberries, Morello cherries, black currants and raspberries. The wine is supple and rounded on the finish.

AFTER EIGHT MARTINI 6.50 Baileys, Mint & Chocolate liqueurs shaken with cream and milk served in a martini glass. Minty, Creamy and chocolaty, perfect after dinner or anytime! Garnished with an after dinner mint. CHOC ORANGE MARTINI 6.50 Stoli Vanilla, Chocolate liqueur, chocolate sauce & Grand Marnier shaken with Cream and Freshly squeezed orange juice. Garnished with a Chocolate orange slice, it s not terry s.. oh wait it is Terry s. PINA COLADA 6.50 Get in the holiday spirit with the most classic creamy cocktail of them all. Bacardi & Malibu combined with Milk, Cream and Pineapple juice shaken with Coconut cream and served long. BURNT TOASTED ALMOND 6.50 Vodka, Baileys, Amaretto & Kahlua shaken with milk & cream served on the rocks. Dessert like mix of Baileys, Almonds and coffee without the need of a spoon!

6 SOPHISTICATED SWEETNESS SOHPISTICATED SWEETNESS COCKTAILS For those who aren t necessarily looking for a sugar fix. These drinks are fruity, flavorsome and balanced, but slightly boozier! AMARETTO SOURS 6.50 One of the best Sours out there, the simple mix of Amaretto, Lemon juice and sugar creates a balance between sweet, sour and Amaretto flavour. For extra smoothness we recommend you add an egg white. TURKISH DELIGHT MARTINI 6.50 Rosewater, Honey, Chocolate & Vanilla provide the distinct flavour of Turkish Delight- Fortified with Stolichnaya Vodka. RASPBERRY LEMON DROP 6.50 Fresh Raspberries combined with Citrus Vodka, Raspberry liqueur, lemon and sugar, shaken and served in a martini glass. If you re a fan of raspberries this won t let you down. DUNE BUG 6.50 Melon, Banana and Coconut liqueurs balanced with Lemon & Pineapple juices served long. Very fruity without being overly sweet. BRAMBLE 6.50 A 1980 s classic. Bombay Original Dry Gin, Lemon juice & sugar syrup shaken over crushed ice & drizzled with a Blackberry Liqueur. Simple and very effective.
