2 All Beers 3.60 Anchor Steam (4.8%) USA Brewed since 1896, It has a deep bronze colour with a thick creamy head. The palate is full and malty with a beautiful bitter hop aroma - a unique beer universally recognised as a classic that traces back to the Gold Rush era. Innis & Gunn Rum Finish (6.8%) Scotland Ruby red in colour with a smell of fruit and mulled spice. The taste is surprisingly light. Soft fruits and rich malt with aromatic spiciness from the rum. Great with gamey meats, like venison or duck, or mature cheese and a quality chutney. Black Sheep Ale (4.4%) England A full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose, a malty taste and a long, dry, bitter finish. Brewed with generous handfuls of choice Goldings hops. Meantime London Pale Ale (4.3%) UK mix of spearmint, grass and hop sack aromas, fruity citrus flavours and a bitter finish that makes pale ale drinking a truly rewarding experience. Brewdog Punk IPA (5.1%) Scotland This trans-atlantic fusion IPA is light golden with tropical fruits and caramel on the nose. The palate is resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive with hops emerging over warming alcohol. Brewdog Dead Pony Pale Ale (3.8%) UK We brew this beer using twice the amount of hops as we do in Punk IPA to give you the big hop flavour at a low abv, then the beer is also dry hopped to give its pungent aromatic character. Brewdog 5AM Red Ale (5.0%) UK The nose is a riot of citrus and berry aromas, from orange and lychee to redcurrant. On the palate is a bold resinous bitterness which builds against the burnt sugar sweetness. Brewdog Elvis Juice (6.5%) UK Elvis Juice is infused with loads of tart grapefruit peel. This American-style IPA has intense aromas of, well, grapefruit alongside huge American hop notes of pine, resin and citrus. Chewy caramel malts support the fruit-juice flavours on the palate and its long bitter finish will never die. Elvis Juice is a legend.

3 Blue Moon (5.4%) USA White wheat, rolled oats, coriander and Valencia & Navel orange peel are used in the brewing of Blue Moon to create a refreshing, unfiltered wheat beer with a unique, complex taste and an uncommonly smooth finish. Adnams Mosaic Pale Ale (4.1%) England US Mosaic hops are bred from Simcoe and Nugget hops, taking the best of these varieties to provide clean bitterness and outstanding flavours and aromas. Mosaic are similar to Citra, only they impart more intense flavours. Flying Dog Snake dog IPA Pale Ale (7.1%) USA A Colorado-style IPA, power hopped with speciality hops from the Pacific North West. This is the brewery s hop monster and the citrus fruit aroma will hypnotise the senses. Flying Dog Pale Ale (5.5%) USA Ranked as #1 in the USA by the New York Times. Brilliant amber colour and dry hopped with buckets full of Cascades for an unrivalled hop flavour and aroma. This is a true representation of the American pale ale. Guinness West Indies Porter (6.0%) Ireland At Guinness we believe that some of the finest exploits begin with beer and some of the finest beers begin with exploits. In 1801, Guinness brewers took on the challenge of creating a porter that could keep its quality in a ship s hold during a 4-5 week voyage into tropical climes. The idea was a beer with higher hops and more gravity that was as drinkable as the Guinness town porter favoured in Dublin pubs. Not only did the new porter survive the journey, but it turned out to be a remarkable beer in its own right. Fifty Pounds Gin, UK 43.5% 3.50 Nose:Lemon, lime, juniper, and very classic in character. Slight sweetness with a touch of creamy lemon. Palate:Opens with juniper, followed by lemon, coriander and angelica. Slight spice, with citrus developing in the middle. Finish:Hints of anise, angelica, juniper and citrus rind.dry and clean finish.

10 King of Soho London Dry Gin, England 42% A traditional recipe with a citrus approach, it has added grapefruit to complement the tones of lemon, lime and grapefruit botanicals used in this Gin. Distilled in the heart of London using traditional methods, The King of Soho is a London Dry Gin crafted with 12 botanicals to a unique flavour profile. Burleighs London Dry Gin, England 40% Burleigh s London Dry Gin is a classic example of the style. Infused with 11 botanicals including silver birch, dandelion, burdock elderberry and iris, this will make a G&T with a floral twist. Elephant Gin, Germany 45% 3.50 Produced using the traditional method of one-shot distillation. The gin s distinct nose first yields a subtle juniper aroma, with an undertone of mountain pine and other herbaceous notes. It was this clarity and depth that Distiller Cory Mason set out to represent in a gin. Silent Pool has 24 botanicals with inspiration of the area. Warner Edwards Victoria s Rhubarb Gin, England 40% Bright rhubarb stalks upfront, with a brief flash of sourness. This is followed by an array of sweet spice: vanilla, nutmeg, and ginger, which add balance. Classic gin notes then come through, with resinous juniper and the spicy citrus of coriander and a lasting rhubarb crumble finish. Great paired with tonic, ginger ale or in cocktails. Warner Edwards Elderflower, England 40% Complex nose with floral citrus and spice followed by unmistakeable elderflower. Taste has a rich, velvety texture, spice at the beginning, and then notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and cardamom, with just a hint of chocolate. Crafted in England, Whitley Neill is distilled in small batches in an antique copper pot still and contains two unique African botanicals, Baobab and Cape Gooseberries. Smooth with rich juniper and exotic spice finishing with a long fade of herbs and candied lemon peels. Serve with a twist of Orange peel for a perfect garnish. Copperhead, Belgium 40% 3.50 Comprised of 5 botanicals - juniper, coriander, cardamom, orange peel and angelica. The balance is absolutely perfect. The nose shows a lot of coriander and the juniper is clear with a touch of cardamom to finish. The palate has cardamom at the front with some sweet orange peel coming through to help give this gin its distinctive length. Jawbox Single Estate Classic Dry Gin, Ireland 43% Named in honour of the iconic Belfast sink the JAWBOX. Irelands first and only single estate gin, produced entirly at the Echlinville Distillery in traditional copper pot still. Perfect serve with Fever Tree ginger ale and a squeeze of Lime The original Belfast serve Nose - Big, bold juniper and pine notes balanced with corrainder and citrus. Monkey 47 Schwarzald Dry Gin, Germany 47% Distinct scents of citrus and lavender notes accompany the botanical sweet aroma (without any added sugars), creating a unique opening to the gin. A distinct and pure scent of juniper, a tangy and crisp citrus note, a sweet, floral aroma, a hint of peppery spices, subtle bitter fruit (cranberries), and a deep and harmoniously balanced complexity. Bathtub Gin Old Tom Gin, England 42.4% Old Tom is a slightly sweetened gin, created following a request from The Handmade Cocktail Company, which needed a tasty Old Tom gin for use in their Martinez cocktail. Bathtub Gin, England 43.3% Nose: Fresh and bold juniper leads the way with fragrant citrus and cardamom. Palate: Juniper again leads, as it should in any gin but there?s plenty more besides. The mouthfeel is thick and creamy whilst the cloves coriander and cardamom offer depth. Finish: Here the supporting botanicals really shine with lingering cardamom and orange peel. Eden Mill Original Gin, Scotland 42% Eden Mill Original Gin is based on a classic style of gin, but with a twist. Along with the usual juniper, angelica and citrus peel, locally foraged sea-buckthorn berries. The result is a light yet complex gin that works well in a G&T with either lime or pink grapefruit.
