10 Hayman s Old Tom A rich, soft, round mouth feel, yielding to a sweet, medium body of ginger, orange peel and lemon zest, with accents of violets, rosewater and anise, providing a nice balance. 40% ABV 10.

11 Opihr Features handpicked cubeb berries from Indonesia, black pepper from India and coriander from Morocco which creates a unique exotic oriental spiced gin. 40% ABV 11.

12 Portobello Road On the palate there is a generous slug of juniper with a sustained, fresh citrus character which develops into a sweet peppery finish through the use of liquorice and nutmeg. 42% ABV 12.

19 No 209 Premium 209 comes from a small distillery on a pier overlooking San Francisco harbour. It opens with a beautifully aromatic nose of citrus and floral with bergamot, coriander and pepper for warmth on the palate. 46% ABV 19.
