3 Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin WHITLEY NEILL, LIVERPOOL 43% abv / Gin / 25ml Single Whitley Neill was created by Johnny Neill, a direct descendant of Thomas Greenall and the last in a long line of distillers. Under the expert guidance of his grandmother he learnt the art of blending and distilling. While the original Whitley Neill Gin is inspired by the exotic flavours of Africa, their Rhubarb & Ginger Gin variation takes inspiration from closer to the Whitley family s homestead. A handcrafted gin of exceptional quality inspired by the glory of the English country garden. A double measure of Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, garnished with an orange wheel. RHUBARB AND GINGER FIZZ Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin, topped with Prosecco. 4 Hendrick s Gin HENDRICK S GIN, AYRSHIRE 44% abv Distilled 25ml Single Hendrick s Gin is distilled in Scotland in small batches of only 450 litres at a time. Infusions of cucumber and rose petals produce a wonderfully refreshing spirit with a delightfully floral aroma and great depth of flavour. It s supremely smooth with a balance of subtle flavour characteristics. A double measure of Hendrick s topped with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and finished with cucumber. FLORA DORA With roots dating back to the early 1900s this classic cocktail combines Hendrick s Gin, fresh lime juice and raspberry syrup topped off with ginger beer, for a truly zesty tipple. CITRUS CUCUMBER ROSE Smooth and superbly balanced botanicals. Clean and dry. The complexity comes through with citrus and juniper and a subtle, lingering finish of cool, refreshing cucumber and rose.

5 Portobello Road PORTOBELLO ROAD, LONDON 42% abv Gin 25ml Single Nestled above a 19th century drinking den on London s world famous Portobello Road, four longtime friends Ged, Jake, Paul & Tom decided, after amassing a staggering collection of gin and alcoholic artefacts, to open The Ginstitute, which became home to a diminutive 30L copper pot still, Copernicus the Second. It was here that, after discovering the lay of the distilling land and nine months of experimentation, Portobello Road Gin was born. A double measure of Portobello Road Gin topped with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and finished with a twist of pink grapefruit. THE QUEEN MOTHER Portobello Road Gin, Dubonnet, Aperol and a touch of Dark Rum. Named for the late Queen Mother, who was said to be a fan of both Gin & Dubonnet. ORANGE NUTMEG LIQUORICE ROOT A generous slug of juniper and fresh citrus character from the use of lemon, bitter orange and coriander, which then develops into a sweet peppery finish.

6 Bombay Sapphire HOUSE OF BOMBAY, HAMPSHIRE 40% abv Distilled 25ml Single Bombay Sapphire is distilled in a state-of-the-art distillery in the historic Laverstoke Mill, which has been standing astride of the River Test in Hampshire long enough to be listed in the Doomsday Book. Using their unique vapour infusion process they create a complex aromatic liquid that delivers a broader, more balanced flavour which we know and love as Bombay Sapphire. A double measure of Bombay Sapphire topped with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and finished with a lime wedge. THE LAVERSTOKE COCKTAIL Bombay Sapphire, Martini Extra Dry, elderflower cordial and ginger ale, garnished with a lime wedge, fresh ginger and a mint sprig. This cocktail was created exclusively for the opening of the Laverstoke Mill Distillery. JUNIPER CITRUS SPICE Aromatic, complex and exotic, with a fresh juniper flavour and an elegant light spicy finish.

7 Tanqueray London Dry Gin TANQUERAY LONDON DRY GIN, LONDON 47.3% abv London Dry 25ml Single Based on a 180 year old recipe, Tanqueray London Dry is widely acknowledged as the benchmark gin. The distillers received their first Royal warrant in With a blend of the purest triple-distilled spirit and a hand-picked selection of four botanicals, London Dry Gin offers uniquely balanced gin experience. A double measure of Tanqueray London Dry topped with Schweppes Tonic Water and finished with a lime wedge. TANQUERAY CRANBERRY TWIST A zesty, sweet-sour version of the classic G&T, the addition of cranberry juice adds a fruity touch to the clean botanics of Tanqueray London Dry Gin. JUNIPER CITRUS LIQUORICE Extra smooth and complex with prominent juniper, peppery coriander and aromatic angelica.

8 Plymouth Gin PLYMOUTH GIN, DEVON 41.2% abv Plymouth 25ml Single Distilled in Black Friars Distillery, which dates back to the early 1400s, Plymouth Gin is a unique, protected style of gin originating in the city of Plymouth. Since 1793 it has been made from a unique blend of seven botanicals, soft Dartmoor water and pure grain alcohol. Compared to a London Dry, it s a more aromatic and fruity dry gin. A double measure of Plymouth Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with lemon. RASPBERRY COLLINS A twist on the classic Tom Collins, raspberries are added to the gin, lemon juice, sugar and carbonated water, to make a refreshingly fruity drink. CORIANDER CARDAMOM LEMON Fresh, smooth and creamy with a slight sweetness. Great depth of flavour, fresh juniper and a lemony bite, with a slight sweetness and extraordinary concentration.

9 Brecon Special Reserve Gin BRECON SPECIAL RESERVE GIN, CARDIFF 40% abv London Dry 25ml Single This fine quality Welsh gin is made at the famous whisky distillery, Penderyn, nestled in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons. 100% grain spirit is infused with specially selected botanicals from the four corners of the globe and married with water drawn from the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park. A double measure of Brecon Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with cucumber. BRECON YUPPIE British flavours at their best! Blackberry liqueur, lemon and Brecon Special Reserve Gin combined to make a very refreshing drink. CORIANDER CITRUS CINNAMON Big traditional juniper flavour, laced with coriander and revealing hints of spicy cinnamon. A mixer brings out the citrus freshness of oranges and lemons, with nutmeg and liquorice.

10 Thomas Dakin Gin G&J DISTILLERS, MANCHESTER 42% abv Gin 25ml Single In 1761, at the outset of the industrial revolution, Thomas Dakin began distilling gin in Warrington in the North of England, at the age of 25. Many gin makers followed Thomas Dakin but he was the man that started it all and is widely regarded as the forefather of quality English gin. A double measure of Thomas Dakin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and orange peel. COTTONOPOLIS Thomas Dakin Gin, Cointreau, marmalade, fresh lime juice, cranberry juice. JUNIPER CITRUS RED COLE A juniper-led gin with zesty notes of sweet orange and fresh citrus, enlivened by an infusion of distinctive red cole, a savoury root botanical, which gives our gin its delicious, long, lingering finish.

11 Greenall s Sloe Gin G&J DISTILLERS, CHESHIRE 26% abv Sloe 25ml Single Greenall s Sloe Gin is made in Warrington in North West England at the oldest gin distillery in the UK. Using their classic Greenall s Gin recipe, which features eight botanicals, they add British sloe berries to give that essential fruity flavour profile. Greenall s has been distilling consistent, superior spirits to perfection since 1761, during which they have had only seven Master Distillers (in more than 250 years!). A double measure of Greenall s Sloe Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with orange. HEDGE-ROW CHAT Greenall s Sloe Gin, fresh orange and lemon juice, vanilla sugar syrup and a splash of soda, comfortably fit together to make a berry refreshing cocktail. 12 Chase Seville Orange Gin CHASE ESTATE DISTILLERY, HEREFORDSHIRE 40% abv Gin 25ml Single Chase, a family owned, single estate distillery, has been creating fine spirits since 2008 from produce grown on their own farm in Herefordshire. Using cider apples from their estate, they distil their Naked Chase Vodka as a base spirit, which is then infused with a delicate range of botanicals and sweet Seville orange peel. This is done in a bespoke, handcrafted copper batch pot, after which every bottle is filled and sealed by hand. 13 Tarquin s Dry Gin SOUTHWESTERN DISTILLERY, CORNWALL 42% abv London Dry 25ml Single Southwestern Distillery is an independent family-owned company that handcrafts spirits in tiny batches (the old-fashioned way), on the north Cornwall coast. At the heart of their process lies a special, flame-fired, copper pot still called Tamara. Their gin is a contemporary take on a classic London Dry, using fragrant handpicked Devon violets and fresh orange zest, to deliver an aromatic sensation unlike any other. 15 Anderson s Gin SUMMERHALL DISTILLERY, EDINBURGH 41.8% abv London Dry 25ml Single This unique handcrafted gin has been exclusively blended by a talented in-house team at P&O Cruises, and distilled at Edinburgh s award-winning Summerhall Distillery. Made in small batches in copper-pot stills, Anderson s Gin was first bottled to commemorate 180 years of P&O history. Located in the heart of Edinburgh, Summerhall Distillery was once a Veterinary School so each bottle is distilled, bottled, waxed and shipped from the former kennels. Anderson s Gin is named after P&O co-founder, Arthur Anderson. The bespoke bottle is a design inspired by traditional nautical charts, with a nod to the gin s namesake - can you spot Arthur Anderson s silhouette? To achieve the distinctively premium blend worthy of centre stage in P&O Cruises gin collection, it s a story of east meets west as 11 botanicals born from P&O Cruises historical routes have been copper distilled to create a superbly smooth and lightly spiced gin. A double measure of Anderson s Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with a slice of pink grapefruit and cardamom seeds. ARTHUR S SUMMER PUNCH Combining flavours of the summer, Anderson s Gin, Sloe Gin, lemon curd, cloudy apple juice, our specially created G&T is a world of discovery. CARDAMOM BLOOD ORANGE KAFFIR LIME LEAVES Ceylon tea leaves, cardamom and star anise add eastern spice to citrus base notes of grapefruit and blood orange. The addition of heather is a homage to Arthur Anderson s Scottish birthplace, which brings a subtle floral touch to the finish.

16 Silent Pool Gin SILENT POOL DISTILLERS, SURREY 43% abv Gin 25ml Single The Silent Pool Distillery is creating an outstanding range of spirits on the banks of Silent Pool, in the rolling Surrey Hills. Provenance of ingredients is essential to them, along with a truly hand-crafted approach. Seeking the flavour palette of the Surrey Hills, they use all locally sourced ingredients, including naturally occurring local spring water and even hardwood grown in the local forests to power their still. A double measure of Silent Pool Gin topped with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and finished with lime. THE WHISPER A refreshing Champagne cocktail where the classic summer flavour of elderflower is combined with the classic French Champagne: Silent Pool Gin, fresh lime juice and elderflower cordial, topped up with Champagne and garnished with a twist of lime peel. 17 The Botanist Gin BRUICHLADDICH, ARGYLL 46% abv Islay Dry 25ml Single The first and only Islay dry gin has been created by the progressive Hebridean distillers, Bruichladdich. This small-batch, artisanal gin uses nine of the classic gin aromatics and augments them with 22 local botanicals, hand-picked by an expert foraging team of botanical scientists. Their unique pot-still, known as Ugly Betty, creates a bewitching, delectable and luxurious, satin smooth spirit. A double measure of The Botanist Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with lime. THE BOTANIST GIN MARTINI A classic favourite made with Botanist Gin and a lick of Vermouth, finished with an olive. CITRUS SPICE PEAR Rich and mellow, lots of bitter elements and pepper and yet a great creamy texture, with spice, lemon zest and a pear element on the finish.

18 Hayman s Old Tom HAYMAN DISTILLERS, ESSEX 40% abv Old Tom 25ml Single Hayman Distillers, family owned by the 4th and 5th generation of the Haymans, have been making award-winning gins since With a hint of sweetness, Old Tom Gin delivers a more rounded and softer profile than dry gins. Distilled to a family recipe from the 1870s, this quintessentially English gin was the gin of choice during 19th century Victorian England. Old Tom Gin is truly an authentic mark of English heritage. A double measure of Hayman s Old Tom Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with lemon. HAYMAN S OLD TOM COLLINS A classic cocktail made with a classic gin! A generous measure of Old Tom combined with fresh lemon and soda water makes this a favourite all around the globe. GINGERBREAD JUNIPER SPICE Zesty and rich, sweet with gingerbread, juniper and spicy dryness, with a hint of sweet citrus in the finish.

19 Jawbox Classic Dry Gin JAWBOX SPIRITS CO LTD, BELFAST 43% abv Gin 25ml Single Jawbox Classic Dry Gin is made in Echlinville Distillery, which opened in 2014 and was the allegedly the first to be granted a licence to distil spirits in Northern Ireland for 130 years. In the past in homes of rich and poor alike the deep, boxy Belfast sink began to appear. It became a focal point in many a kitchen where most conversations took place and had the nickname Jawbox. Jawbox Classic Dry Gin is created to encompass this same spirit. A double measure of Jawbox Classic Dry Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic water and finished with a lime wedge. THE ORIGINAL GIN AND GINGER A double measure of Jawbox Classic Dry Gin with Ginger Ale and a lime wedge. BLACK MOUNTAIN HEATHER GRAINS OF PARADISE LIQUORICE ROOT This small batch gin is made with a combination of 10 botanicals, including lemon, cubeb, angelica, coriander, cassia, orris root, grains of paradise, cardamom, liquorice root and Black Mountain heather.

20 Masons Yorkshire Gin MASONS YORKSHIRE GIN, NORTH YORKSHIRE 42% abv London Dry 25ml Single Masons Yorkshire Gin was set up by husband and wife, Karl and Catherine Mason, to create an exciting gin worthy of their home turf in God s own county. Distilled using the traditional London Dry Gin method, in a traditional small copper alembic still, Masons Yorkshire Gin is truly a small batch craft gin. This smooth, well-rounded spirit is run in 200 litre batches and each bottle bears its own hand written batch and bottle number. A double measure of Masons Yorkshire Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with freshly cut orange. THE BLIGHTY MOJITO A British twist to the traditional Mojito: Masons Yorkshire Gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, soda water, tonic water, mint and cucumber, garnished with a sprig of fresh mint. ORANGE CORIANDER FENNEL A smooth spirit full of flavour with malt notes and a hint of orange followed by coriander and juniper, then herbal notes with fennel and citrus with a long lingering finish.

21 Warner Edwards Elderflower Infused WARNER EDWARDS,NORTHAMPTONSHIRE 40% abv Gin 25ml Single Warner Edwards distillery is situated in a 200 year-old converted stone barn in the beautiful village of Harrington, Northamptonshire. Their bespoke 500-litre copper pot still, named Curiosity, makes 700 bottles at a time, of exceptionally smooth and rich gin, with great personality and a fresh aromatic taste. And every bottle is carefully handcrafted, from the filling to the wax seal and label finishing, with batch and bottle number. A double measure of Warner Edwards Elderflower Gin topped with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and finished with lemon. ELDERFLOWER MARTINI It s the real taste of summer Elderflower Gin with Vermouth, stirred over ice and served with a twist of lemon. ELDERFLOWER FLORAL CITRUS Beautifully smooth and rich, floral and aromatic with citrus, elderflower sweetness and a hint of warm spice.

22 Pinkster Agreeably British Gin GINMEISTER LTD, CAMBRIDGESHIRE 37.5% abv Gin 25ml Single Distilled at Thames Distillers, Pinkster is a characterful, small-batch premium gin. Fresh British raspberries are hand-steeped in the triple distilled spirit, resulting in the trademark colour and distinctive flavour. It s deliciously dry, yet subtly smooth. Pinkster is a gin that has a raspberry twist rather than being a raspberry gin. A double measure of Pinkster Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with mint. COLONEL ALEXANDER The perfect after dinner tipple! Pinkster Gin mixed with cream, Creme de Cacao and a bunch of raspberries, creates a creamy treat. RASPBERRY JUNIPER CORIANDER Delicious subtle red berry sweetness with coriander and dominant juniper, and the smoothest peppery finish.

23 Conker Dorset Dry Gin CONKER SPIRIT, DORSET 40% abv Gin 25ml Single Created in Dorset s first distillery in the back streets of Bournemouth, this modern gin uses British and local ingredients including British wheat, New Forest spring water, and hand picked New Forest gorse flowers. A double measure of Conker Dorset Dry Gin topped with Fever-Tree Tonic Water and finished with a slice of lime. THE OOZER Conker Spirit Gin, fresh lemon juice, blueberry jam, basil and soda create a moreishly good cocktail! SAMPHIRE NEW FOREST GORSE FLOWERS ELDERBERRIES Lively, bright nose with a long, complex and well balanced mouthfeel.

24 Hampshire Gunpowder Gin WINCHESTER DISTILLERY, HAMPSHIRE 57% abv Gin 25ml Single Nestling at the western end of the South Downs Way at Winchester Distillery they craft small batch, premium spirits using traditional methods. Gunpowder Gin is one of the range. Gunpowder will still ignite if spilled over gunpowder if it s 57% (or so the story goes), which is why spirits were often that strength when taken on Naval ships, and this is where the Navy Strength terminology comes from. A double measure with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water and garnished with an orange slice. GUNPOWDER MARTINI Carefully stirred, choose your favourite way to have it served JUNIPER SEA BUCKTHORN GUNPOWDER TEA Bottling at 57% abv (as required by British Navy law) allows the concentration of oils, extracted from the botanicals during distillation, to be raised significantly higher than a standard 40% gin giving a fuller flavour and silky mouthfeel.

25 Poetic License Northern Dry Gin TAVISTOCK HOSPITALITY, SUNDERLAND 43.2% abv Dry Gin 25ml Single Poetic License is a small batch distillery based in Sunderland and has the first distillery bar outside of London. Their gin is created in Gracie, a 500 litre hybrid still which allows them to use her as both a pot and column still. Expect a big punch of juniper that is finely balanced with green cardamom for a warm and spicy flavour. A double measure of Poetic License Gin topped with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and finished with lime. NORTHERN SOUR A Northern version of the classic, the botanicals of Poetic License Northern Gin is a perfect match with these simple ingredients of fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. JUNIPER CARDAMOM PERSIAN LIME With undertones of lemon and eucalyptus, the inclusion of Persian lime intensifies the citrus feel while adding a note of perfume.

26 Bloom London Dry Gin G&J DISTILLERS, CHESHIRE 40% abv London Dry 25ml Single Bloom Gin was created by Joanne Moore, one of the world s first female Gin Master Distillers at the oldest gin distillery G & J. Chamomile, pomelo and honeysuckle were chosen as the three key botanicals, each one helping in its own unique way to create a more delicate and subtle gin drinking experience.
