Tarquins Gin, Cornwall 42% 5 A contemporary take on a classic London Dry, they use fragrant handpicked Devon violets and fresh orange zest to deliver an aromatic sensation unlike any other. Best served with a wedge of Lime. Two Birds London Dry, Market Harborough 40% 3.7 A classic London Dry Gin, packed full of juniper flavour and distilled with only 4 other botanicals. With notes of coriander, citrus and orris root combining with our hush-hush secret ingredient, to create our very distinctive and unique flavour. Best served with Peeled Cucumber and a wedge of Lime. Portabello Road Gin, London 42% 3.8 Designed by the team at Portobello Road and distilled at Thames Distillery nearby, this is a gin that is hard to knock. With its booming juniper, classic coriander seed core and peppery nutmeg finish. Best served with Pink Grapefruit. Caorunn Gin, Scotland 41.8% 4.25 Distilled and bottled in Scotland, Caorunn firmly takes on the mantle of a national product. The distillery is situated in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, at the foot of the Haughs of Cromdale. It includes six traditional botanicals (juniper, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark) and adds further Scottish botanicals including rowan berry, heather, dandelion and blush apple. Best served with sliced Apple and Lemon. Hayman s Old Tom Gin, London 40% 3.5 A classic Old Tom Gin from Hayman Distillers. This is an old-fashioned, sweeter style gin from the 18th Century, and it has recently risen in popularity thanks to its assocation with classic gin cocktails including the Martinez and the Tom Collins. Best served with a wedge of Lemon.

3 Rock Rose, Scotland 41.5% 4.7 Rock Rose Gin is made at the Dunnet Bay Distillery all the way up in Caithness, Scotland. This very northerly gin features an alluring botanical selection including locally harvested Rhodiola Rosea, Rowan Berries, Sea Buckthorn, Blaeberries, Verbena, Coriander Seed, Cardamom and Juniper. Best served with Orange Peel & Rosemary. The Botanist, Islay 46% 4.25 Crafted using a unique blend of 22 locally foraged botanicals, The Botanist is Islay's only dry gin. It's from the innovative team at the Bruichladdich distillery, who felt producing fine whisky wasn't enough. This is a delicious, distinctive gin. Best served with Lemon and Thyme. Eden Mill Love Gin, St Andrews, Scotland 42% 4.8 Eden Mill's Love Gin uses a unique recipe that incorporates five core botanicals and eight further exotic flavours (including red rose petals, marshmallow root, goji berries and whole hibiscus flowers). The result is a light blush pink colour gin, a fruity, floral aroma, and a mellow red berry and citrus flavour. Best served with a wedge of Pink Grapefruit. Silent Pool, Surrey 43% 4.25 A rich and clean juniper-driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile. Fresh notes of citrus and kafir lime are grounded with the subtle sweetness of local honey, creating a well-balanced gin that is both traditional and refreshingly individual. Best served with a twist of Orange. Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin, Northampton 40% 3.85 Made using a crop of Rhubarb originally grown in the kitchen garden of Buckingham Palace during the reign of Queen Victoria. The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with our Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion. Best served with Fever Tree Ginger Ale & fresh Lime. Burleigh Gin Pink Edition, Leicester 40% 3.85 Master Distiller, Jamie Baxter, was inspired to create this floral, delicately sweet gin after a visit to Tokyo. With Japanese cherry blossom, hibiscus, rose and pink grapefruit added to the Burleighs London Dry recipe, PINK Edition is soft, smooth and very easy drinking. Best served with Pink Grapefruit.

4 Gunpowder Gin, Drumshanbo, Ireland 43% 5.25 Delightfully fresh and rounded up front with citrus, juniper & spicy notes immediately evident. The expected Juniper follows close behind. Gunpowder Tea, meadowsweet & Coriander are all notable. Best served with a wedge of Lemon. Ha pennys Gin, Dublin, Ireland 40% (Produced by Alltech) 4.5 A floral aroma with hints of lavender awakens the senses, blackberry, lavender and orange peel are some of the dominant flavours which leave a lingering sweetness on the palate. Best served with a slice of fresh Apple. Edinburgh Raspberry Gin 20% 3.85 Edinburgh infuse the freshly-picked fruit into our classic Edinburgh Gin along with sugar, leaving the berries to macerate for a month to extract maximum flavour. Best served in a Kir Royal with Prosecco +or Champagne. Two Birds Strawberry & Vanilla Gin, Market Harborough 37.5% 3.7 Two Birds Strawberry & Vanilla gin had landed, there latest creation. The nose has sweet Strawberry fruit wrapped in a vanilla blanket with juniper simmering on the side. The palate reflects the strawberries and cream initially but the other botanicals come to the party on smooth and silky finish. Best served with fresh Strawberries and Mint. Masons Yorkshire Lavender Gin 42% 4.25 Dry lavender notes upon the nose, creating a rather soft and subtle experience, followed by a slight fennel aroma. Soft texture once onto the palate, with a fresh candied lavender sweet flavour dominating. Rather subtle across the senses, with anise creeping in on the dry finish. Best served with fresh Lime. Adnams Copper House Gin, Suffolk 40% 3.70 Voted the World's Best Gin at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2013, our aromatic gin is bursting with juniper, fresh lemon and orange notes as well as warming hints of anise. Best served with fresh Apple juice and Cucumber. Pink Pepper, France 44% 4 Pink Pepper Gin is so named for its signature botanical, the peppercorns which grown on the Brazilian pepper tree. The peppers join juniper, cardamom, cinnamon, honey, vanilla and tonka beans in the recipe along with two other secret ingredients. Each ingredient is distilled separately before blending except for the vanilla and tonka beans, which are infused after distillation. Best served with Lavender.
