2 MUDDLED DRINKS This technique to make drinks is unbelievable. The traditional muddling is done when fresh ingredients are pressed against the side of the glass to extract the sensitive flavors. Then we add your favorite libation and you are in for a real treat! Enjoy! MOJITO A traditional, refreshing Cuban drink. Muddled lime, mint, sugar, ice and club soda and a double shot of Bacardi Rum. VODKA GINGER MOJITO The perfect summer drink! Muddled ginger slices, lime, mint and brown sugar. Double shot of vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, ice and club soda. Sit back and relax! BRANDY COBBLER Even Al would give the thumbs up on this one! Muddled orange, pineapple, lemon and double shot of Dimmore Raspberry syrup, then ad brandy and ice. A piece of heaven in a pint glass and you are all set! Garnished with orange, pineapple, and lemon. RUM BRIS A This one was the winner! Voted best rum cocktail in South Florida! Muddled orange slice and sugar in a pint glass. Add double shot of Bacardi rum, top with a splash of cranberry juice, add club soda. Ya gotta try this one! Garnished with an orange slice. TOM COLLINS The classic, but better! Muddled lemon and lime, powdered sugar, add the legendary Plymouth Gin and top it off with club soda. (The secret is in the muddling. It improves the taste tenfold.)
