3 1. SIGNATURES & FAVOURITES Our first two drinks are the signature cocktails of St. LuJa. The glass is rinsed with 151 Rum and that is when the show starts. The question is, are you a Saint or a Sinner?? NON-ALCOHOLICS We have taken the time to create a drinks list that doesn t contain any alcohol because we believe there should be the same effort put into all of our drinks and to look after the non drinkers of Melbourne. (It was actually the funniest page to write) NoJito 12 Apple juice, Angostura bitters, mint, soda and lime juice This little cracker for the non-boozy drinker, or the lovely designated driver, is a refreshing take on the classic Mojito swapping out the rum for apple juice Mexican Driver 12 Orange juice, agave and lime The sober birthchild of the classic margarita and the Tommy s Margarita. This little agave gem comes with a salted rim to balance out the orange juice. It was created on the back of a napkin in 2017 after a big night on the tequila Lady Lychee 12 Lychee, apple and lime juice Based on popular cocktail, the lychee martini. Made with no booze, but more lychee. This sexy number is one for of all of you ladies and gents out there with a sweeter tooth Passionfruitly Waiting On My Alcoholic Friends 12 Passionfruit, cranberry and lime juice To finish off the list, we use a fruit with passion in it.
