Singularities eurythmic sourness EL CHE BLAZER 95 El Che Blazer is a unique cocktail, which has been specially created for Address Downtown. It is a Rémy Martin V.S. cognac-based creation with a combination of blackberries and raspberries, finished with a twist of orange. Singularities flamed, served warm PRESIDENTE 100 A transformation of a classic old-fashioned cocktail made with Jack Daniel s Single Barrel bourbon and peculiar bitters. 10 EVOLUTION OF THE MARTINI Whether you are serving an elegant martini, an amber-hued Manhattan, a jewel-toned elixir, or a tropical cooler, a drink seems positively naked without some visual accompaniment. Even the smallest of citrus peels will add a lovely fragrant dynamic to the drink. GIBSON COCKTAIL 75 This cocktail was developed in San Francisco around the 1900s, named after the great American artist Charles Dana Gibson. The Gibson cocktail is a combination of Bombay Sapphire gin + Martini branded vermouth, garnished with pickled onions. THE MARTINEZ - GIN MARTINI 75 The exact origin of the Martini is widely debated, however, the most likely explanation is that it was simply a shortened name of the main ingredient - Tanqueray No. Ten gin + Martini branded vermouth. VODKA MARTINI 75 The Cigar Lounge Vodka Martini is our variation of the Martinez cocktail, and it is made with Ketel One vodka, vermouth and garnished with an olive or lemon twist. 17 IRISH WHISKEY The first evidence for the distillation of Irish whiskey in written sources dates from the 15th century. However, commercial production only began in 1924 upon the opening of the country s first distillery, Yamazaki. 20 COGNAC Cognac is a variety of brandy produced in the wine-growing region surrounding the French town Cognac from which it takes its name. It calls for Cognac to be made from certain grapes, distilled twice in copper pot stills and aged at least two years in French oak barrels from Limousin or Tronçais forest. 22 GIN Historically, gin comes from Holland and has been brought by the Royal Family to England. Gin is a flavoured white spirit made by distilling grains such as barley, corn or rye. It is flavoured using juniper berries, coriander, angelica, herbs and spices and a variety of other natural ingredients that are added to the grain mash during distillation. Production of gin was probably discovered by monks in about the 1200s, who added juniper to a distilled spirit to create a medicine. This was brewed in accordance with the 1516 Reinheitsgebot law using artesian water, Moravian barley and Saaz hops. PERONI (Italy) 55 Peroni was established by the founding family of the same name in the town of Vigevano, Italy in Giovanni Peroni moved the company to Rome in 1864, six years before the city was established as the capital of Italy in In the late 19th and early 20th century, the company established itself as one of the most prominent brewers in the newly unified Italian nation. HEINEKEN (Netherlands) 55 Heineken is a 5% ABV Dutch beer brewed by Heineken International since Heineken is made from purified water, malted barley, hops and yeast. In 1886 H. Elion finished creating the unique Heineken A-yeast, which is still used in the brewing process today. The beer is force carbonated. CORONA (Mexico) 55 Corona Extra, more popularly known as Corona and labeled Coronita in Spain, is a brand of pale lager owned and produced in Mexico by Cerveceria Modelo.
