5 SKY LOUNGE SIGNATURE COCKTAIL THE SKY TAI The Mai Tai is a tropical cocktail made famous by Trader Vic Beregon in 1944 after mixing rum, lime, orange curacao, orgeat and syrup. His Tahitian friends named it with their native reply after tasting it Mai Tai meaning literally Very good Our Sky Tai consists of: HAVANA 3 The most prestigious light Cuban Rum. HAVANA ESPECIAL Blue Curacaoum golden rum with a smooth finish, made and double aged in Cuba. BLUE CURACAO A sweet blue liqueur, distilled and flavoured from the dried peel of oranges. LIME JUICE ALMOND SYRUP At Sky Lounge we ve swapped the classic Orange Curacao for Blue Curacao to make it the same colour as the Sky and added dry ice to represent the clouds.
