7 SPEYSIDE MACALLAN RARE CASK With rarity at its core, this whisky is crafted from casks so rare they will never again be used in any Macallan whisky. Soft notes of vanilla and raisin on the nose give way to apple, lemon and orange balanced by root ginger, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Finished with chocolate and citrus zest. MACALLAN OSCURO The Macallan Oscuro is drawn exclusively from oak casks seasoned with Oloroso Sherry, an exceptionally high proportion of which are first fill giving it its name Oscuro, being the Spanish for dark. Ripened woodland fruit, dark chocolate and creamy vanilla on the nose followed by dried figs, ripe orange and a hint of crisp green apple. HIGHLAND ANCNOC Honey, lemon, appetising fruitiness with a long smooth finish. ARDMORE 3.50 Sweet, fruit and spices, peat smoke, tobacco and vanilla. DALMORE Warm coffee notes, cereal and butter with Seville marmalade and spicy fruit cake. DALWHINNIE Silky, fruity berry palate and a long, warm finish. EDRADOUR 3.95 Rich creamy and malty, with vanilla and honey on the nose along with a hint of smoke and sherry, spices and sherry dominate the medium to long finish.
