I am always surprised at the longevity of some accounts.

2 Welcome A Word from our Chairman Next year s outdoor furniture is looking very good, we have increased the range extensively. We now include Aluminium, an increased range of Rattan and some new and exciting ideas that should keep Katie Blake Outdoor Furniture amongst the top brands going forward. I am always surprised at the longevity of some accounts. When we launched Katie Blake at Solex in Telford some 6 years ago we had only a handful of customers and today we are still supplying 99% of those retailers. A big thank you to them. This year at Solex we met over 250 individual retailers and it s great to see that Katie Blake has become one of the major leading brands. Of course we are focused totally on retailers and have no sales whatsoever to the general public, something some of our competitors seem to do which to our mind is wrong, you can t run with the hares and the hounds my Dad used to say! Our staff are here to help you and that includes the office, warehouse and sales people our service is legendry, check them out on the Katie Blake web site. We are all justifiably proud of our products and our product failure rate is tiny but even if there s a problem we aim to sort it right away. I would like to thank all our customers for their continued support and look forward to another successful year working together. A complete new range of Aluminium Furniture is available that is both stylish and functional and at very competitive prices. Quality has always been our most important aim whilst maintaining sensible prices and this new range meets that criteria. Katie and our design team looked at what was available on the market and together have produced a lovely selection. The Aluminium can also be mixed with Rattan on Direct Containers so that s a real bonus. We have also added a great deal of new products to our Rattan on both Sandringham and collections and lots of new features have been added. Glencrest has been manufacturing cushions for over 30 years and this wealth of experience has been put into every cushion. Using 100% Polyester with different weights and grades, dependant on the product we have an excellent selection for all outdoor uses. Our fabrics and fillings conform to British Standard Fire and Safety Regulations so you can be sure you are meeting the latest legal requirements. Our CC and Bespoke cushions are packed into smart re-usable Hanger Bags with a full product description so your customers can easily self-select the right product for their needs. Rattan Our Rattan is now available in 7mm Flat, 5mm Round, 5mm Half Round. It s a question of styling and which you prefer as to the weave you chose of course 7/20mm flat is the cheapest so that will have an effect on the buying decision. All weaves come with our 10 year guarantee which is standard across the entire range. The weave is tested to plus 40 C and minus 20 C so for the British Climate you are well within the limits and should not have any problems being able to leave the furniture permanently outdoors. We do however recommend a Katie Blake night cover that will save you having to clean the dirt that comes free in our environment.
