7 Menu navigation By the delivery, the combination of keys are closed. In order to reach into the programming evel, is a Tiger service master card necessary. The technician can decide itself, whether he the combination of keys in the menu 6-3 Kbd. Menu Access would like to free-switch. Combination of keys for the technican: Press keys 2, 5 and 6 simultaneously to access the Mode. Step backward turn left lever (Steam-/Milk) 1/4 Step forward turn right lever (hot water) 1/4 FUNCTION- KEYS In the programming mode the Standby/Stop key is used as an eit-key. You always go one step back if you press this key (leaving the menu). The cleaning key is used as an enter-key. By pressing this key you enter the net level (e.g. from menu 3 Coffee Parameters in submenu 3-1 Powder Cake ). 7

9 Menu 1 1 Prod Statistics 1-1 Day Counter Deleted :00 In this menu you can read and erase the day, period and total counter. By pressing the enter key you access the menu. In menu 1-1 you can read and erase the day counter. By pressing the enter key you access the counter. By pressing the product keys you can read the his counters (1: Single product / 2: Double product / Pod: Pod product). By pressing the Stop key you reach again into the counter back. By pressing the Sop key you can read the individual ones counters of the products totally. Menu 2 2 Learning mode 2 Learning mode Select Product In this parameter the output quantities can be adjusted. The user can set the individual water and milk quantities in this menu. By pressing the enter key, you access the menu. Now you can set the water and milk quantities of the several products by pressing the product keys. By pressing the eit key, the quantity is stored. With a doubleclick on the product key, you can set the double products (if available). Menu 4 4 Product Parameters In this menu the parameters for each coffee product can be adjusted separately. By pressing the enter key, you access the menu. 4 Cake Thikness Select Product By pressing the desired product key, all the parameters for this product can be adjusted. With a doubleclick on the product key, you can set the double products (if available). 4-2 Cake Thikness 1 Cappuccino mm In menu 4-2 you can set the cake thickness with the Plus-/Minus levers (distance between mobile and fied piston after the pressing). Eample: Cake Thikness mm = 9 gramm 9-21 mm = 14 gramm Depends on the grinder setting Dry powder removal Put a paper tray or small receptacle inside the grounds drawer. Doubleclick the enter key to grind the preprogrammed beans quantity onto the paper. Now you can weigh the powder. Test product Press and hold the enter key for 2 seconds to dispense a test product. By a single press on the enter key you access menu
10 Menu Water Quantity 1 Cappuccino 0060 ticks In menu 4-3 you can set the water quantity with the Plus-/Minus levers corresponds to 60ml. Press and hold the enter key for 2 seconds to dispense a test product. By a single press on the enter key you access menu Milk Quantity 1 Cappuccino sec In menu 4-4 you can set the milk quantity with the Plus-/Minus levers sec corresponds to 100ml. Menu 3-3 is only active if a product is programmed in this key (menu 6-2). Press and hold the enter key for 2 seconds to dispense a test product. By a single press on the enter key you access menu Milk Sequence 1 Cappuccino Milk > Coffee In menu 4-5 you can set the sequence with the Plus-/Minus levers. You can define in which sequence the milk is dispensed. Coffee > Milk / Milk > Coffee / Coffee & Milk Menu 4-5 is only active if a product is programmed on this key (menu 6-2) Press and hold the enter key for 2 seconds to dispense a test product. By a single press on the enter key you access menu Milk Sort 1 Cappuccino Milk1 4-7 Milk Temperature 1 Cappuccino Warm milk 4-8 Macchiato Time 1 Macchiato 0012 sec 4-10 Prebrew Time 1 Cappuccino 00.5 sec 4-11 Rela Time 1 Cappuccino 01.0 sec 4-12 Press After 1 Cappuccino mm Im menu 4-6 you can select the desired milk sorte milk1 or milk2 with the Plus-/Minus levers. This menu is only active if 2 milk sorts are available. In menu 4-7 you can set the milk temperature of the NTC on the thermoblock. Range is between 20 and 140 C. In menu 4-8 you can set the waiting time for the macchiato with the Plus-/Minus levers. For a nice separation of the coffee and the milk, the waiting time should be appro. 20 seconds. In menu 4-10 you can set the prebrew time with the Plus-/Minus levers. If the value is set on 000, the prebrew is deactivated. Press and hold the enter key for 2 seconds to dispense a test product. By a single press on the enter key you access menu In menu 4-11 you can set the rela time with the Plus-/Minus levers. If the value is set on 000 sec, the rela time is deactivated. Press and hold the enter key for 2 seconds to dispense a test product. By a single press on the enter key you access menu In menu 4-12 you can set the press after with the Plus-/Minus levers. If the value is set on 000, the press after is deactivated. Press and hold the enter key for 2 seconds to dispense a test product. By a single press on the enter key you access menu
11 Menu Steam Temperature Steam auto In menu 4-16 you can adjust the temperature of the steam auto with the Plus-/Minus levers. By Press and hold the enter key for 2 sec, so you can source a test product Milk Percent 1 Cappuccino 010% 4-21 Product number 1 Epresso 000 In menu 4-20 you can adjust the desired milk precent with the Plus-/Minus levers. For eample: milk product 010%: 10% milk and 90% milk foam. By Press and hold the enter key for 2 sec, so you can source a test product. In menu 4-21 you can set the product number for each coffee product with the Plus-/Minus levers. This menu appears only if menu 6-23 Interface Option is activated. 11
12 Menu 5 5 Mach Statistics In this menu you can read several machine statistics. Press the enter key to access the menu. 5-1 Service Counter In menu 5-1 the brew chamber movements are counted backwards from the preset value in menu 7-9 (Service Interval). By pressures and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter. 5-2 Cleaning Counter In menu 5-2 the number of cleanings are counted. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter Total Water ml In menu 5-3 the amount of total used water is counted since the beginning of operation. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter. 5-4 Total Water Pod ml In menu 5-4 the amount of the used water by products is counted since the beginning of operation. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter. 5-5 Total Water Rinse ml In menu 5-5 the amount of the used water by rinses is counted since the beginning of operation. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter. 5-6 Total Water Cln ml In menu 5-6 the amount of the used water by cleanings is counted since the beginning of operation. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter. 5-7 Total Milk Time sec In menu 5-7 the amount of the used milk is counted since the beginning of operation. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter. 5-8 Steam Time sec In menu 5-8 the amount of the used steam is counted since the beginning of operation. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter. 5-9 Coffee Credit gramm In menu 5-9 the used coffee quantity is counted backwards from the preset value in menu If this counter reaches zero, the display prompts maintenance service. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter Brew Coffee In menu 5-10 the brew chamber movements are counted. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter Brew Clean/Rinse In menu 5-11 the brew chamber movements for the cleaning and rinse cycles are counted. 13 Menu Total Milk In menu 5-12 the number of milk activations are counted. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter Total Steam In menu 5-13 the number of steam activications are counted. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter Total POD In menu 5-13 all POD-products are counted since the beginning of operation. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter Total Tea In menu 5-14 all tea products are counted since the beginning of operation. By press and hold of the stop key, you can delete the counter
14 Menu 6 6 Machine Function In this menu you can read and adjust several machine function. Press the enter key to access the menu. 6-1 Machine Type In menu 6-1 you can set the machine typ with the Plus-/Minus lever. CTM C = Coffee CTM = Coffee Tea Milk CT = Coffee Tea CTS = Coffee Tea Steam 6-2 Key Selection In menu 6-2 you can adjust the key selection as follow: - Milk coffee product oder Coffe product / - Grind left oder Grind right / - Adjust of the key names. Enter key 6-2 Key Selection Im Menü 6-2 you can set the desired key with the Plus-/Minus levers. Select key Product key Coffee 6-2 Key 1 1 Coffee Coffee You can set the key selection with the Plus-/Minus levers. Eample of a programming of the Key 1: 1.Press a product key for eampel Coffee. 2. With this Plus-/Minus levers you can set the product of the key 1. Mögliche Einstellungen: 1 = Single product 2 = Double product 6-2 Key 1 1 Coffee Coffee Select the product type Select the grinders: = Grinder left Grinder -> = Grinder right <-> Grinder = Grinder left/right 3. With the Stop key you can saved the settings. 4. Repeat the same process for adjust the net products. Select the product name 6-3 Kbd. Menu Access As technician Im Menü 6-3 you can activate the Operator- or the Technician mode. In the standard-settings are the key combination for the entry in the programming level closed. For the entry in the programming level are a Tiger Service Master Card necessary. Note: Mode As Operator = Programming level only for the Operator Mode As Technician = Programming level for Technician and Operator 6-4 Operating Mode In menu 6-4 you can set the operating mode Self-Service: Standard: Machine is set to Self-Service mode Additionally you can free-switch or cloesed the individual options with the Menus 6-5 until

On: Rinse key active Off: Rinse key closed In menu 6-8 you can set the Grinder key with the Plus-/Minus levers. On: Grinder shift key active Off: Grinder shift key closed In menu 6-9 you can set the Milksort key with the Plus-/Minus levers. On: Milk shift key active Off: Milk shift key closed In menu 6-11 you can set the available mains voltage with the Plus-/Minus levers. 230V or 115V Water Source Waternet In menu 6-13 you can set Water net (no Water tank in base) or Tank (with Water tank in base) with the Plus-/Minus levers Sens Drip Tray No 6-16 Numb Grinders 2 In menu 6-15 the later styles of drip trays have a Reed switch installed. Remark: Note that older styles drip trays do not have a Reed switch. In such cases the Drip Tray option in menu 6-15 must be set to No. In Menu 6-16 you can set the amount of grinders. 1 or 2 grinders Milk Source In menu 6-17 you can set the Milk source with the Plus-/Minus levers. 1 Internal : 1 Milk sort in base 2 Internnal : 2 Milk sort in base 1 Eternal : 1 Milk sort eternal with niveau sensor 2 Eternal : 2 Milk sort eternal with niveau sensor 1 Eternal withaout sensor : 1 Milk sort eternal without niveau sensor 15
16 Menu Cold Milk In menu 6-20 you can swith-on the valve for the cold milk active or inactive with the Plus-/Minus levers. Yes Yes: No: Cold milk valve available Cold milk valve not available 6-21 Purge Activ 6-22 NTC Dampfrohr No In menu 6-21 the Purge Valve can be activated or deactivated. Purge active: Purge inactive: In case of milk tank option or eternal milk supply wehre milk source is placed below the machine. If case of eternel milk option wehre milk source is placed on the same level or net to the machine. In menu 6-22 you can set the steam options. Yes: Steam activated No: Steam deactivated Cup Heater In menu 6-22 you can activate the cup heater with the Plus-/Minus levers. Yes: No: Cup heater available Cup heater not available 6-23 Interface Option No Interface In menu 6-23 you can set the interface options. This setting depends on the used interface. Options: No Interface / CCI ((If an interface is connected, this must be adjusted) 6-24 Currency In menu 6-24 you can set the desired currency with the Plus-/ Minus levers. This menu appears only if menu 6-23 Interface Oprion is activated. EUR 6-26 Reed Thermoblock Yes In menu 6-26 you can set the Reed from the thermoblock on or off. Yes or No. This menu point is for the labyrinth plate. If the plate not in the thermoblock or not correct fied, there is a message on the display Light Barrier ON In menu 6-27 you can activate the light barrier that supervises the grounds drawer not to overfill. ON or OFF Fan Monitoring In menu 6-28 you can set the Supervision of the Fan on or off. Yes or No. Yes 16
17 Menu 7 7 Mach Maintenance In this menu the several machine maintenance parameter can be set. By pressing the enter key you access the menu. 7-1 Time Date hh:mm:ss dd-mm-yy 14:40: Language English In menu 7-1 you can set the time and date. Use the Plus-/Minus levers to adjust the values. Press the enter key to step to the net value. In menu 7-2 you can set the desired language with the Plus-/Minus levers. Language: German / French / English 7-3 Temp. Unit In menu 7-3 you can set the desired Temperatur unit C (Celsius) or F (Farenheit) with the Plus-/Minus levers. C 7-5 Grinder Capcty -> In menu 7-5 you can set the grinder capacity of grinder mm/sec 7-6 Capcty In menu 7-6 you can set the grinder capacity of grinder mm/sec 7-7 Display Contrast In menu 7-7 you can adjust the Display contrast Serv Intervall In menu 7-9 you can set the service interval with the Plus-/Minus levers cyclus 7-10 Service Date in menu 7-10 the date shows, when the net service must take place. dd-mm-yy Coffee Qnty kg In menu 7-11 you can set the coffee quantity with the Plus-/Minus levers. This menu is used, when a customer has only an amount of coffee to use (e.g. leased machines) Filter Water In menu 7-12 you can set the water filter with the Plus-/Minus levers ltr 7-13 Filter Wat. Date In menu 7-13 the date shows, until when at the latest the filter must be changed. dd-mm-yy
18 Menu Grounds In menu 7-14 you can set the coffee grounds quantity with the Plus-/Minus levers gramm 7-15 Drawer Time In menu 7-15 you can adjust the desired time for the drawer. If you remove the drawer from the coffee machine, than must the drawer in these fied time be outside. (This is the time for the disposal of the coffee grounds in the bin) Cleaning Periodic In menu 7-18 you can set the cleaning between Periodic and Fied Time. Periodic: The cleaning counter starts after the product. The periode can you set on the menu Fied Time: The cleaning is always on the same time Cleaning-Period In menu 7-20 you can set the cleaning periode. This time is for the cleaning counter, if menu 7-18 Periodic. 24 h 7-21 Cleaning TIme hh:mm 18: Clean Labyrinth 00 In menu 7-20 you can set the fied time for the cleaning. This menu are available only, if menu 7-18 on fied time adjusted. In menu 7-23 you can set the cleaning of the labyrinth plate. Range is from 00 to 23. Eampel: 00: You don t have to remove and clean the labyrinth plate after each daily cleaning process. If the display mes sage orders his point, you can step forward with the rinse key. 05: The machine orders every fifth daily cleaning process the removal and cleaning of the labyrint plate. You have to clean it and can t step forward in this case Preheating Activ In menu 7-24 is the system heated by the backrinse. Yes 7-29 CPU -> EPROM In menu 7-29 you can transfer the adjustments of the products parameter from CPU to EPROM. <- No Yes -> 7-30 EPROM -> CPU In menu 7-30 you can transfer the adjustments of the products parameter from EPROM to CPU. <- No Yes -> 18
19 Menu 8 8 Mach Parameters In this menu you can set the machine parameters. By pressing the enter key you access the menu. 8-1 Boiler Temp 092 C In menu 8-1 you can set the desired water temperature in the boiler with the Plus-/Minus levers. Range is between 60 and 105 C. 8-3 Over Temp 05 C In menu 8-3 you can set the overheat temperature of the boiler with the Plus-/Minus levers. 5 minutes after the last dispensed coffee product this function heats up the boiler by the programmed value over the standard temperature to prevent the loss of temperature. The range is between 0 and 15 C. 8-4 Pump Rot Coffee In menu 8-4 you can adjust the speed of the pump rotation for coffee products RPM 8-5 Pump Rot Tea In menu 8-5 you can adjust the speed of the pump rotation for the tea RPM 8-6 Milk Pump Temp 0085 C In menu 8-6 you can set the milk pump temperature on the thermoblock with the Plus-/Minus levers. This temperature is the release for the milk pump. Range is between 20 and 140 C. 8-7 Milk Temp In menu 8-7 you can set the milk temperature of the NTC on the thermoblock. Range is between 20 and 140 C C 8-8 Foam Pump Temp 0085 C In menu 8-8 you can set the milk foam pump temperature on the thermoblock with the Plus-/Minus levers. This temperature is the release for the milk pump. Range is between 20 and 140 C. 8-9 Foam Temp 0095 C In menu 8-9 you can set the milk foam temperature of the NTC on the thermoblock. Range is between 20 and 140 C Pump Rot Milk In menu 8-10 you can adjust the speed of the pump rotation for the milk RPM 8-11 Pump Rot Foam In menu 8-11 you can adjust the speed of the pump rotation for milk foam products RPM 19
20 Menu Rot Cold Milk In menu 8-12 you can adjust the pump rotation for milk for cold milk products RPM 8-13 Rot Cold Foam In menu 8-13 you can adjust the pump rotation for milk for cold milk foam products RPM 8-14 TBlock Stdby Temp 0060 C In menu 8-14 you can set the standby temperature of the thermoblock with the Plus-/Minus levers. Range is between 20 and 70 C Milk Suction Time 02.0 sec In menu 8-15 you can adjust the time for the Suction of the milk. During this time, the milk is sucked in. The milk-transportation simplifies to the Labyrintplatte Time Before Milk 02.0 sec In menu 8-16 can defined how long the thermoblock valve is open before the milk product runs out. The water that is in tne milk system available, flow through a third way out, so that only the hot milk in the cup runs out Water After Milk 01.5 sec In menu 8-17 you can set the water quantity after every milk product. This water quantity is importent, that we have no milk in system after a milk product. The time, means how long the rins valve open Time After Milk sec In menu 8-18 you can defined how long the thermoblock valve is open before the milk product runs out.
