1 CHRISTMAS AT THE FOOD HUB We will be delivering to our pick up points as usual on Friday December, then we will take a break until Friday January 4 th. We will remind you of these dates nearer the time. Our regular customers will be used to our system of early orders for some special christmas items. These are the products where our producers need longer than the usual 3 days between you placing your order and delivery of your box to our pick up points, either because they need longer to cook and decorate, or they need to order in advance from their suppliers, or where we know you want the security of knowing that your order has been made and our producers will be able to deliver. Unfortunately our website does not allow us to set up a special electronic order page for so we have had to develop a different system for these orders. In previous years we have sent out one list with sweets and savouries, but this year we are going to do it in two stages, because we are still waiting for the details from our meat and cheese suppliers, but our bakers need to get on with baking cakes and puddings. We hope to get the savouries list out in the next week or two, which will include turkeys and wonderful range of exciting cheeses. You are welcome to contact the producer to discuss your requirements.

2 Complete the last column on the list below and return it to us on the Food Hub , by Wednesday Nov, specifying the quantity you want. We will treat all these orders, once made, as confirmed orders, and you will be invoiced for them in the delivery week.
