With his wife, Leah, Charles developed chocolate recipes that made his small shop in Victoria a favourite stop for travellers from all over the world. SHAKESPEARE) on the right side of the street. Today, the building is designated a heritage site and remains our home. Charles Rogers and his wife Leah, gave the City of Victoria many wonderful gifts, including our 913 Government Street store and of course, our world famous, hand-wrapped chocolates.
