Ranger Cookie Mix - 1) Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 2) Cut in 1/2 cup shortening. 3) Finally, mix in 1/2 cup each of quick oats, crushed corn flakes, and chocolate chips. Butterscotch Chip Cookie Mix - 1) Combine 1 3/4 cups of sifted all-purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda,1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup packed brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2) Cut in 3/4 cup butter-flavored shortening. 3) Finally, mix in 1 cup of butterscotch chips. S mores - The S mores Kit needs a larger bag than the other mixes. Increase the bag width to 8 wide [by 12 tall]. This makes the bag wider in order to hold a package of graham crackers. 1) Into prepared fabric bag, add one package of graham crackers. 2) Put nine to ten marshmallows into a small plastic bag and put into fabric bag. 3) Finally, add three bar chocolate candy bars. 4) Makes approximately nine s mores.
