Our style of food at the resort caters to all requirements and we place a strong emphasis on cuisines of both the past and the current trends. Our Executive Chef & his multinational brigade of chefs work as a team to produce a combination of dishes that allows the East to meet the west in culinary terms. Healthy eating and good living are of utmost importance to us. To complement the dining options we have put together a wine list featuring some of the world s best received awarded wines. The list has been compiled bearing in mind the diversity of labels and wine making styles that exist, and features some boutique wine makers from different part of the world.
