1 Buona by the Pound: This menu section offers our guests a great opportunity to enjoy the great taste of Buona at home with their family for dinner. All menu items are fully cooked, refrigerated and ready to heat and serve at the guest s convenience. Heating of these items may take up to 1 hour (warming kits and tableware are sold separately). By the Pound: Buona Beef: a 1 lb package of beef comes with 1 quart of gravy and will make five 5 sandwiches. Buona Beef: a 5 lb package of beef comes with 1 gallon of gravy and will make 24 five inch sandwiches Italian Sausage: sold in a 1 lb container (4 pieces) in either Natural Gravy or Red Sauce. Meatballs Marinara: sold in a 1 lb container (8 pieces) French Bread: sold by the loaf (36 inch). The loafs will make 7 five inch sandwiches Basket of French Rolls: sold in either a 20 or 30 roll basket. 3 Fresh Salad Selections: We offer our guests a choice between seven different salads. These salads can be purchased in a small size bowl that serves 8 10 guests or a regular size that serves between guests. Chicken may be added to either size bowl for an additional charge. Salad Bowls Old Neighborhood House: mixed Greens, Roma tomato, cucumber, roasted red peppers, pepperocini, olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing and topped with fresh made croutons. Classic Caesar: crisp Romaine lettuce and Parmesan garlic croutons in our creamy Caesar dressing, topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. Nonna s Potato Salad: everybody loves Grandma s creamy potato salad made with eggs, diced celery, seasonings and mayonnaise. Pasta Salad: rotini noodles with fresh carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and roasted red peppers in an authentic Italian dressing Buona Chopped Salad: romaine & iceberg lettuce, penne pasta, cucumber, Roma tomato, carrot, black olive and gorgonzola cheese in a sweet, red wine vinaigrette topped with roasted red pepper and crispy tortilla strips Tuscan Harvest: hearty Mixed Greens, Granny Smith apple, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese in our fat-free raspberry dressing Sesame Ginger Chicken: Juicy orange segment, almonds, fresh corn, carrots, green onions, and grilled chicken topped with crispy noodle and served with a Sesame Ginger dressing. *You will find the recipes for making these Salad Bowls in the Kitchen Manual under the Catering tab Café Sandwich Basket: This basket offers an assortment of our Café Sandwiches along with a generous portion of our Parmesan Chips. Each basket serves people. This basket is made and packaged here in our restaurant. Each basket will include: 2 Pollo Pomodoro Sandwiches to make 4 halves 2 Turkey Delizioso Sandwiches to make 4 halves 2 Ham and Brie Sandwiches to make 4 halves 1 Tuna Genovese Sandwich to make 2 halves 1 Italiano Sandwich to make 2 halves Each sandwich is cut in 1/2, giving you a total of 16 sandwiches. 4 Buona Party Pans / Side Dish Pans: Our party pans make a great addition to your party menu. Sold by the 15 or 25 serving tray, all menu items are fully cooked, refrigerated and ready to heat and serve at the guest s convenience. Heating of these items may take up to 1 hour (warming kits and tableware are sold separately). Party Pans: Chicken Cacciatore: boneless skinless chicken breast with mushrooms, peppers, onions and olives in a rich wine tomato sauce Chicken Parmesan: lightly breaded, tender breasts of chicken with our own Marinara sauce and imported Parmesan cheese Grilled Chicken Mediterranean: boneless skinless chicken breast, char-grilled in a light white wine sauce with chopped tomatoes, capers, and Kalamata olives Lemon Chicken: tender breasts of chicken, lightly breaded in our special family recipe with lemon spices and Italian seasonings Italian Sausage & Peppers: cooked with our traditional herbs & spices, smothered in sweet bell peppers, in your choice of red sauce or natural gravy Buona Beef & Gravy: the original family recipe we roast our own Italian beef, so it s tender, lean, low in fat, and spiced just right with special seasonings. 5lbs. makes approximately twenty five 5 sandwiches. 6 All Inclusive Italian Buffets: We offer our social and retail guests four different types of Buffets to choose from. The minimum amount of guests needed to order a buffet is 25 (no exceptions). The guest must order the buffet in increments of 5 (25, 30, 35 not 26, 31, 36) Two Entrée Classic Buffet: this buffet includes a choice of 2 entrees (see below) and a choice of one salad. Chicken may be added to the salad and you can also add a Side Dish for an additional charge. Three Entrée Classic Buffet: this buffet includes a choice of 3 entrees and a choice of one salad. Chicken may be added to the salad and you can also add a Side Dish for an additional charge. The entrée, salad & pasta choices are the same as the Two Entrée Buffet Four Entrée Classic Buffet: this buffet includes a choice of 4 entrees and a choice of one salad. Chicken may be added to the salad and you can also add a Side Dish for an additional charge. The remaining eight trays are made at our Catering Facility and are delivered directly to your restaurant.
