Make mango salsa by combining 1/2 cup chopped mango, 2 bsp. onion, 1/4 sliced avocado, 5 chopped cherry tomatoes, 1 bsp. cilantro, 2 tsp. lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. erve fish over 1 cup of spinach and salsa on top.
