1 Ingredients: o 1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning o 1 Cup Refried Beans o 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened o 1 Cup Sour Cream o 1 Cup Salsa Taco Dip o 1/2 Large Tomato o 1/2 Bell Pepper o 1 Sprig Green Onion o 1/2 Head Romaine Lettuce o 3 oz. Olives o 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar 1. In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread the mixture onto a large serving platter. Heat refried beans according to package directions. 2. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans. 3. Top the layers with salsa. Place a layer of tomato, green bell pepper, green onions and lettuce over the salsa, and top with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.

2 Pancake Muffins Ingredients: o 2 cups BisQuick o 2/3 cup milk o 2 eggs o 3/4 cup syrup o Toppings chocolate chips, bacon, sausage, blueberries, cranberries, nuts, etc. 1. Preheat oven to Mix BisQuick, milk, eggs, and syrup together in a large bowl. 3. Pour mixture into a muffin pan with cupcake liners. The mixture should fill the cup half way. Top with your favorite topping. 4. Bake for minutes or until a toothpick, inserted, comes out clean. Makes 17-18, normal sized, puffins.

3 Cheesy Pizza Quesadillas Ingredients: o 6 Flour Tortillas (6 inch rounds) o 1 Pkg (3.5 oz) Sliced Pepperoni o 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese o 3 Tbsp Butter o 1 Can (8 oz) Pizza Sauce 1. Each group member should get one (1) flour tortilla and place it on a plate. On one side spread a small amount of oil and flip the tortilla over. 2. The groups should evenly divide the cheese and pepperoni between each member. Once everyone has an equal amount, the cheese should be placed on one side of the tortilla leaving room at the edges. Then, the pepperoni should be placed on top. 3. Melt a small amount of butter in a skillet set to medium heat. When the butter is melted, the quesadilla should be placed on top. Once the cheese starts to melt, fold the quesadilla over and press the edges together to keep the cheese inside. Cook until cheese is melted and tortilla is browned. 4. Use a paper towel to wipe out the skillet and repeat Step 3 with each group member. Use pizza sauce as a dip.

4 Ingredients: o 1 tsp sesame oil o 1 clove fresh garlic o 1 Package Ramen Noodles (without seasoning) o 1 Egg, scrambled Ramen Stir Fry o 1/2 Cup Frozen Vegetables o 1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce o Shri Racha Sauce, to taste 1. Boil two cups of water in a saucepan. Add noodles and cook about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside. 2. Meanwhile, scramble your egg in a skillet on medium heat. Once done, set aside. 3. Using the same skillet, add sesame oil and fresh garlic on low heat. Do not let the garlic burn or blacken. 4. Add frozen vegetables, and continue to cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes. 5. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the noodles, egg, and soy sauce. Continue to cook on low heat until thoroughly heated and seasonings are blended. 6. Add Shri Racha at your own discretion and enjoy!

Salt o 1 Box { 3.4 oz. } Vanilla Pudding o 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips o 2 Cups Golden Graham Cereal { crunched } o 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows 1. Heat oven to 375 F 2. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer. 3. Add eggs, beat well. 4. Stir together flour, baking soda, vanilla pudding, and salt, gradually add to butter mixture until well blended. 5. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows to the mixture and stir together. 6. Crush the cereal into smaller pieces and add to the mixture, stir in some more. 7. Drop by tablespoon onto a lightly greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool slightly and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
