1 Ferguson Township Tree Commission (FTTC) Date Oct 13, 2015 Meeting Agenda Time 6:30pm Call to Order Approval of September 21, 2015 Meeting Minutes: The FTTC should review and approve the minutes. Public Hearing for Tree Removal and Replacement for Greenleaf Manor and Lexington Place Neighborhoods: FTTC should hear comments from residents in the neighborhoods of Greenleaf Manor and Lexington Place on removal and replacement of proposed trees. FTTC may recommend changes to these plans if necessary. Future agenda items Amendments to the official Township plant list for subdivisions and land development. Recommendation on use of root barriers in the township. Discussion on possible educational tools for FTTC. Discussion on possible updates to the township website in regards to street trees. Other Next meeting date and time is October 20, 2015 at 6:30 pm in the main meeting room.
