1 All-Mail Auction -- Bids Due By July 15, 2007 by Art Brennan (6663) I invite IWCS members to take a look at the accompanying list of donations for the 32nd All-Mail Auction and submit bids on this year's unique mix of woods and other donated items. Pictures of items C001, P009, P010, W004, W005, W006, W007, W008, W009, W010 and W014 can be seen here on the IWCS web site. Bidding The minimum bid for any item is $5.00 unless otherwise noted in the description of that item. Bids above that amount should be in whole dollar amounts in U.S. currency, e.g., $9.00, $21.00, etc. Bids should reach me by July 15, You may mail or your bids to me; however, if you have an Internet account, I would prefer to receive bids via . It's fast and easy, and not only saves on postage, but also paper, envelopes, and trips to the post office. See the January/February issue of the Society's World of Wood magazine for my or mailing address, or you can contact me at auction@woodcollectors.org In forwarding your bids to me, please include the number of the item(s) you are bidding on (e.g., S001, W003, etc.), the amount you are bidding for each item, your name, your membership number, as well as your return or mail address. You may bid on as many items as you like, but you can submit only one bid amount for any particular item. Whoever submits the highest bid on an item will receive that item. In the event of a tie, the earliest bid received by me will prevail. Alternatively, you may pay by Visa or Master Card; identify the credit card you are using and provide the card number, the expiration date, and the V-code (that's the last three digits on the signature line on the back of your card). If you pay by credit card, please mail your credit card information to the Secretary/Treasurer. Do not send credit card information by . No payments should be sent to the auction coordinator. Shipping costs Successful bidders also are responsible for reimbursing the donors for the postage costs of forwarding the item(s) to the winning bidders. Payments should be forward directly to the donors after receiving the bid upon item(s).

2 Forwarding items to successful bidders After notifying successful bidders of their being the high bidder, I will forward those names and bid amounts to Bill Cockrell. When he receives payment, he will authorize me to notify the donor to forward the appropriate item(s) to the bidder. Donors should forward items expeditiously and by economical means.
