You are a recent graduate of the UTT, ECIAF Campus, and newly employed with NAMDEVCO. You have been assigned duties to design and implement a Post Harvest System for Mango. Illustrate and discuss a Post Harvest Handling System for Mango from time of harvest to its final destination for the International Market. 2. Pineapple farmers in the Tableland area are faced with many problems and limitations which heavily impact on the production, yield and quality of their crops. As an Agriculture Extension Officer outline the various problems faced by these farmers and the recommendations/measures you think that can be put into place to overcome these problems. 3. You have recently acquired one hectare (1ha) of leased land in the Wallerfield area. You have decided to cultivate the area in Papaya for a potential market in United States. Outline a production system for Papaya, taking into the consideration the establishment, management, cultural practices and the harvesting and post harvest techniques of the crop.
