4 SOMMELIER SELECTION WHITE SAUVIGNON BLANC IGT ORGANIC, LA CAPPUCCINA Veneto This superb Sauvignon has an intense varietal scent of peach with hints of grapefruit, mint, especially sage and tomato leaves. On the palate it s full-bodied yet lively, with excellent balance and length. PINOT GRIGIO COLLIO MARCO FELLUGA Friuli This is a wonderful food wine bright fruit, creamy yet crisp on the palette with melon aromas and pleasant lavender herbal notes. RED PASO DOBLE, MASI Veneto / Argentina Fragrant and complex on the nose with ripe fruit aromas enhanced by notes of prune and liquorice. 5 WHITE WINE NORTH ITALY PINOT GRIGIO Veneto A light wine, showing fruity notes of pear and apricots. CHARDONNAY COLLIO LIVON Fruili Bright yellow in colour with delicate, elegant apple, peach & hazelnut aromas. On the palate, Livon s chardonnay Collio is velvety and dry to taste with soft notes of golden apples, peach and gooseberry flavours. A touch of oak undertone adds to the complexity and balance. SAUVIGNON BLANC IGT ORGANIC, LA CAPPUCCINA Veneto This superb Sauvignon has an intense varietal scent of peach with hints of grapefruit, mint, especially sage and tomato leaves. The palate is round and apricotty, yet with a mineral tautness that provides a very elegant finish. PINOT GRIGIO COLLIO MARCO FELLUGA Friuli The vineyards are located in Collio, considered by many to be the finest region in all of Italy for white wines. This is a wonderful food wine bright fruit, creamy yet crisp on the palate with melon aromas and pleasant lavender herbal notes. GAVI DI GAVI BROGLIA Piemonte % Cortese. Fragrance of owers and fruit with a hint of peach. Full and rich, soft and harmonious as a result of the complete ripening of the grapes.

6 WHITE WINE CENTRAL ITALY MARCHE BIANCO MONCARO Marche A light, easy drinking wine from the Marche region. The wine has a straw, yellow colour with green tints and a fresh and fruity bouquet with hints of citrus fruit. The flavour is fresh and harmonious. ORVIETO CAMPOGRANDE CLASSICO Umbria This wine is produced from grapes from the Orvieto Classico appellation, which encompasses the area around the alluvial cliff on which the city of Orvieto is located. VERDICCHIO VIGNAMATO CLASSICO SUPERIORE Marche Vignamato lies in the rolling hills of the Marche, overlooking the Adriatic Sea on the east coast of Italy. Notes honeyed wildflowers linger on the nose, while a splash of grapefruit, pineapple and crushed stones make for an invigorating palate. RONCAGLIA FATTORIA MANCINI Marche The owner, Luigi Mancini, has a particular passion for Pinot Noir which is reflected in the flavour and elegance of Roncaglia, with its complex butterscotch and exotic fruits flavour. BRAMITO DELLA SALA Umbria Bramito is Marchesi Antinori s second Chardonnay, and, like its big brother, Cervaro, is produced at Castello della Sala. Melon and figs on the nose; the palate shows crisp lemony balance and a touch of butter richness. TREBBIANO SPOLENTINO PERTICAIA 2017 Umbria This is one of the best white wine coming out of Italy right now and great value now. Rich and full bodied with hints of orange peel and tropical fruit with a long finish. Fantastic weight and length. IMPERO BIANCO MANCINI (Pinot Noir) - Marche % Pinot Noir. Impressive and distinctive wine, showing spice from the wood and bright red apple/peach aromas. Broad structure in the mouth, not unlike a Cote de Nuits white balanced and positive, with a herbal freshness CERVARO CASTELLO DELLA SALA Umbria Produced at Castello della Sala, a 14th Century castle located 11 miles from Orvieto. Fermented and aged for 5 months in barrique, Cervaro is very fruity, rich and complex. Considered the best white in Italy, Cervaro is for those who enjoy world class Chardonnays.

7 WHITE WINE SOUTHERN ITALY & ISLANDS MANNARA SAUVIGNON BLANC Sicilia This blend of Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc with the island s traditional Grillo grape gives a fresh wine with notes of citrus and tropical fruit and a round harmonious palate. VERMENTINO I FIORI, PALA Sardegna From a limestone-sandy hill completely covered in vines. Intense, persistent floral bouquet with notes of thyme and greengage. A winning combina-tion of depth and freshness on the palate this is benchmark Vermentino. GRILLO, FEUDO ARANCIO Sicilia Deep straw yellow. An aroma distinctly tropical with notes of mango and papaya, that blends with inklings of jasmine and white flowers. Balanced and harmonious with a delicate acidity. LEONE D ALMERITA, TASCA Sicilia Pink grapefruit, citrus flowers, white peach and pineapple on the nose, fol-lowed by a palate that manages to be both rich and vibrant. GRECO DI TUFO NOVASERRA MASTROBERARDINO - Campania Deep straw yellow in colour. On the nose, Novaserra displays prominent hints of apricot, pear, apple, peach, citrus,, green almond with hints of sage and mineral notes. This wine has good acidity, great minerality and flavours of ripe fruits. ORGANIC PIETRABIANCA, TORMARESCA Puglia Full intense and structured with notes of white peaches, ripe apple and vanilla wood on the nose. The palate is powerful yet retains im-pressive precision and elegance. ROSE WINE TASCA REGALEALI LE ROSE Sicilia Rose wine, made with Nerello Mascalese grapes planted at Regaleali in the Santa Rosa vineyard in 1986, combines the fruity elegance of red wine with the flavour of white wine.

8 RED WINE NORTH ITALY MERLOT IGT ORGANIC, LA CAPPUCCINA Veneto Full, hearty, richly coloured. Characterised by an intensely vinous fragrance with grassy undertones. A pleasant bouquet and very harmonious, balanced dry taste that cannot be matched for its completeness. BARDOLINO MASI FRESCARIPA Verona This wine is made with the traditional Veronese gragpes, corvina, rondinella and molinara. A light red wine with an intense bouquet thanks to the climate of Lake Garda VALPOLICELLA ZENATO Veneto Ruby red colour, a delicate bouquet reminiscent of cherries and wild berried. This wine is medium to full-bodied and dry with a velvety finish. TEROLDEGO ROTALIANO RISERVA, MEZZACORONA Trentino The Teroldego vine is an indigenous varietal of Trentino which finds its ideal environment in the Piana Rotaliana. Rich, with bitter cherries, plums and mint, among the Trentino red wines Teroldego is the most famous and for this reason it is called the royal wine of Trentino. BARBERA D ASTI Piemonte Typical barbera: striking violet colour, vibrant plum and redcurrant fruit, with a bright, aromatic palate. PASO DOBLE, MASI Veneto/Argentina Fragrant and complex on the nose with ripe fruit aromas enhanced by notes of prine and liquorice. Up-front and powerful on the palate with hints of spice and cooked cherries followed by a long appetizing finish.

9 RED WINE NORTH ITALY BROLO DI CAMPOFIORIN ROSSO VERONESE Veneto The baby amarone, made with the techniques of appassimento and double fermentation by Masi. It is a dry, rich, velvety, complex and elegant wine, aged in small oak barrels. PINOT NERO ST MICHELE APPIANO Trentino Alto Adige It has a garnet red colour and enticing aromas of wild berries and blackcurrant, which are immediately enjoyed for a full rewarding flavour. BAROLO CLASSICO PRUNOTTO Piedmont The aristocratic Nebbiolo grape of this small wine shows a full bouquet with plenty of classic fruit balanced with a long, powerful finish on the palate. COSTASERA AMARONE RISERVA MASI 2009 Veneto This Amarone is made by drying the grapes on bamboo racks throughout winter, after which the dried berries undergo a very long fermentation period of around 80 days in total, in a mixture of steel vats and Slavonian oak barrels. Immensely full-bodied and complex, with intense and mature dry fruit aromas. VAIO ARMARON AMARONE MASI 2012 Veneto An important Amarone with extraordinary power and complexity: a classic in the Italian winemaking portfolio. This is the icon wine of the historic Serego Alighieri estate and comes from the eponymous vineyard. Its elegant personality is enhanced by the use of the Serego Alighieri clone of the Molina grape and by ageing in cherry-wood cask as family tradition dictates. MAZZANO AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA MASI Veneto An intense, persistent bouquet offers great complexity, with aromas of baked fruit and cinnamon. A rich, well-balanced palate follows, with flavours of spirit-soaked cherries, fruits of the forest and a cinnamon and vanilla aftertaste.

10 RED WINE CENTRAL ITALY MARCHE ROSSO, MONCARO Marche An intense ruby-red wine in colour. It has a fruity and floral bouquet with hints of wild berries. Easy drinking, smooth and fruity. SANGIOVESE MONCARO ORGANIC Marche Ruby red colour with good intensity. Bouquet is rich and fruity with notes of sweet cherry, plum and chocolate. Full bodied with a good balance MONTEPULCIANO D ABBRUZZO LA VALENTINA - Abruzzo It has loads of black cherry, a bit of blackberry and plum balanced with great acidity, lovely tannins, dusty earth, hints of tobacco and sage. CHIANTI CLASSICO MACHIAVELLI Toscana Bright ruby colour, clear raspberry jam and violet aromas with strong hints of spice. Balanced on the palate with an elegant backdrop of blackberry and almond.. SPELT LA VALENTINA MONTEPULCIANO D ABRUZZO RISERVA - Abruzzo A vivid, complex aroma of superripe strawberries and spice leads to a full, dry, powerful palate that retains masterful balance despite its weight. VIE CAVE MALBEC - Toscana % malbec. An intense ruby red in colour, the wine is characterized by a complex nose of ripe black fruit, liquorice and spices. On the palate, the texture is silky and full with excellent density and persistence. VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO LA BRACCESCA Toscana The vineyards of La Braccesca, (owned by Antinori) are in the Montepulciano DOCG area and enjoy a very favourable exposure and microclimate. IL BRUCIATO, TENUTA GUADO AL TASSO 2014 Toscana Fragrant fruity aromas, particularly plum, followed by delicate mint and green tea notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth with a long finish. MARCHESE ANTINORI CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA TIGNANELLO, ANTINORI 2012 Toscana A powerful Tignanello, the 2011 offers a combination of ripe, dark fruit and an underlying freshness, reflecting the vintage conditions. Plum and cherries mingle with mint and liquorice, creating a vivid, harmonious balance from the first impression through to the long, savoury finish.

11 RED WINE CENTRAL ITALY BADIA A PASSIGNANO CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA ANTINORI 2012 Toscana Produced exclusively from the finest, most highly selected grapes grown in the Abbey, renowned for its wine production for over 1000 years, Badia a Passignano is traditional in its complexity, roundness and elegance, yet modern in its intense fruitiness. BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO PIAN DELLE VIGNE 2009 Toscana Ruby red colour with garnet hues. Complex generous nose with mature aromas of cherries, red berries, tobacco and hints of coffee and cocoa powder. TIGNANELLO ANTINORI 2012 Toscana The original Super-Tuscan. It was the first Sangiovese to be aged in small oak barrels and the first red wine to use a non-traditional grape variety, Cabernet. Tignanello is aged in small French barrels for 14 months and in the bottle for a year. GUADO AL TASSO 2012/13 Toscana Subtle, fragrant aromas of nuts and mint, alongside rich dark berry fruit. Mouth filling and luxurious, with great ripeness and harmony. ORNELLAIA 2005 Tuscany Deep ruby red in colour, with an elegant, complex bouquet of red and black berry fruits supported by underlying hints of tobacco and spice. On the palate it is full and enveloping, displaying a powerful, elegant tannic structure that flows into a long fruity finish. SASSICAIA TENUTA SAN GUIDO 2011 Toscana Intensely concentrated with notes of blackcurrant and bramble fruits. Finely structured and supported by ripe cedar tannins.

12 RED WINE SOUTHERN ITALY & ISLANDS PRIMITIVO VISCONTI DELLA ROCCA - Puglia This Primitivo is intense, full-bodied, harmonious with blackberries flavour on a basis of mature tannins. CANNONAU I FIORI Sardegna % Cannonau Grenache by ay other name, Cannonau here gives a delicious wine full of peppery summer berry fruit, ripe and round to begin with, then nicely dry on the finish. LAMURI (NERO D AVOLA) Sicilia Intensely ruby with a fantastic scent of blackberry, mulberry and ripe cherry. In the mouth, rich intense flavours of red fruits, sour cherry jam, spices and vanilla with a long, velvety finish. GHIAIA NERA NERELLO MASCALESE, TASCANTE Sicilia % Nerello Mascalese. A delightful, early drinking example of Etna s great red grape variety, Nerello Mascalese, this clear ruby-coloured wine offers aromas of red fruit, flowers and leather. The palate is fluid and silky, with an appetizing mineral quality. PRIMITIVO TORCICODA TORMARESCA Puglia Aromas of cherries and plums, combined with delicate hints of leather and tobacco. Soft tannins and a sustained round off the final taste of this 12 months in barrel. MAIME TORMARESCA 2013 Puglia From Antinori s new vineyards in Puglia, this 100% Negroamaro is full of exot-ic luscious flavours, rich and vibrant fruit and velvety character. BOCCA DI LUPO 2008 Puglia Spicy notes of liquorice, vanilla and white pepper combine with red fruit and floral notes. Firmly structured yet aromatic in the mouth. TURRIGA 2012 Sardegna The benchmark red wine of Sardinia conceived by the Argiolas family and Giacomo Tachis..It would be an understatement to call this wine iconic. Turriga is a rare Italian gem. Aromas of Morello cherry, mulberry, blackbur-rant. Full bodied and concentrated with firm, powerful tannins yet a refined sleek mouthfeel and a finish that never seems to end.
