2 Our wine list has been compiled with great care to match the style of our contemporary North-Indian Punjabi cuisine. The list offers an eclectic mix of wines that incorporate producers and regions from all over the world. We have included a truly varied blend of affordable and prestigious champagnes & wines, with some stunning bottles to sample. We also stock an extensive range of spirits, which includes many popular brands of vodkas, rums, whiskies and gins. There are also some excellent draught or bottled beers for you to choose from. Finally, our Cocktail menu includes some of the most famous cocktails from all over the world, and our Cocktail waiters are able to modify and adapt many of these to suit your tastes. JUICY, FRUIT-DRIVEN RIPE WHITE 21 Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Bush Vines Chenin Blanc, Coastal Region, South Africa Soft and creamy, a hint of ripe exotic fruit and a delicious vanilla sweetness. 22 Gewürztraminer Alsace, Portrait Range, Domaine Zinck, France 32 Off-dry, with a balancing fresh fruit character of pear, rose petal and enhanced with exotic notes of spice and a pinch of peppermint. 23 Between Thorns Chardonnay, South Eastern Australia Tropical aromas, followed by flavours of juicy nectarine and peach. 24 Mâcon-Villages, Pascal Clément, France 22 Floral and fruit aromas such as acacia and honeysuckle, lemon-grass, and citrus mingle on a refreshing palate.. 25 Vavasour Pinot Gris, Awatere Valley, New Zealand 28 Displays a richly structured palate featuring layers of ripe fruit, notes of ginger and the long mineral finish so typical of the Awatere Valley. ELEGANT, INTRICATE, MINERAL-LACED WHITES 26 Pulpo, Albariño Rías Baixas, Pagos del Rey, Spain 7 25 Aromas of white flowers, hints of peach and apricot lead to a fresh, fruity palate with an almost saline minerality. 27 Gavi di Gavi, Toledana, Domini Villa Lanata, Italy 34 This excellent producer crafts this refreshing gooseberry and mineral style with delicate floral hints, dry but not austere.

Lovely violet aromas, solid fruit flavours and a splash of spiced oak. 36 Feudi Salentini 125 Primitivo del Salento, Italy 26 Elegant with notes of ripe plum, cherry jam and cocoa followed by a hint of spicy vanilla. 37 Côtes du Rhône, Les Abeilles Rouge, Jean-Luc Colombo, France 26 Fresh and silky on the palate, the aromas of small red fruits follow through, prolonged by notes of liquorice and spice. 38 Puro Organic Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina 29 Sweet blueberry and violet on the nose with shavings of milk chocolate and a touch of vanilla pod. Made from 100% organically grown Malbec grapes. SOPHISTICATED, POLISHED, COMPLEX RED 39 Château Lyonnat, Lussac-Saint-Émilion, France 34 A small district of St Emilion with a common terrain, the style is full of soft plums and brambly cassis flavours. 40 Don Jacobo Rioja Reserva, Bodegas Corral, Spain 34 Traditional Rioja with a stylish, silky balance of ripe cherry flavours and generous vanilla-oak character for a mature style. 41 Barolo, Il Bastione, Italy 45 A lighter style of Barolo, with rich fruit and a lingering liquorice finish. Made from the Nebbiolo grape and matured in oak, this wine has style and complexity. 42 Blason d Issan, Margaux, France 48 Pronounced fragrant nose, pure Margaux, real quality and depth. Nimbu Pani If you ve ever been to India or had Indian friends, then you will most likely to have heard of Nimbu Pani, Otherwise, it s as foreign as it sounds. Freshly squeezed lime juice and sparkling lemonade, slightly sweetened and topped with a tiny pinch of herbs. Khus Lemonade Words are superfluous. Only the freshest Khus finds its way in our in-house drink. We buy our khus from nature s very own fruit basket Panchgani, a beautiful hill station in India. Finally, we mix it with lemonade to give you a refreshing thirst-quencher. Enjoy! Fruit Punch A shake of zingy fruit flavours, blended with vanilla ice cream, to give a thick flavoursome drink.
