Our own experience and knowledge of wine is demonstrated in our wine list and rest assured, that we have spent many hours with these wines, giving them a shoogle, a snifter and a guid swally! Ailsa, went walkabout down under leaving Chris behind, to work the 2007 vintage in the Barossa Valley at the highly regarded St. Halletts Vineyard. Our passion and love of wine is something that we encourage in our staff and our customers! The staff are encouraged to gain WSET accreditation and our customers can regularly enjoy our Henrick's Wine Society. Our wine tasting evenings are held every month and our Societies' vote for their Wine of the Moment. Barbera Rose, Ancora Chiaretto, Italy, Delicately aromatic with wild strawberry fruit characters. Light and crisp on the palate with ripe fruit balanced by tangy acidity.

Viura Muscat, Maetierra Libalis, Spain, Bursting with personality & long on the finish this cries out for some big bold food flavours. Albarino, Domingo Martin, Spain, Rich & generous flavours of ripe peaches and pears, backed by a vivid streak of lemon & mineral acidity.
