We believe in delivering traditional classic cocktails and delivering them with a fun twist. We have fruity and flirty cocktails to get the party started, a few sultry cocktails for those occasions that are more relaxed and a selection of our Henrick s Signature Cocktails that allow us to demonstrate a real understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails. We try to avoid the showmanship when we are shaking or muddling and instead, we concentrate on delivering you a great drink, quickly and efficiently!! FRENCH MOJITO A unusual twist on the classic, using Remy Martin instead of rum. CAIPIRINHA The national Cocktail of Brazil using Cachaca, the name literally translates to 'Teuchter'. Classic Dry Martini using Hendricks Gin and made your way. Shaken, stirred, or Dirty? With a twist or olive? WILD BERRY MULE A selection of wild berries, mixed with Absolut Berri, lemon juice & ginger ale. ROUGE ET NOIR Bond's classic recipe, from Casino Royale. 3:1 mix of Chase Gin & Vodka and a twist of lemon peel ELDERFLOWER & BERRY COLLINS A light mix of elderflower and berries added to Beefeater 24 Gin for a refreshing classic long drink ESPRESSO MARTINI Absolut Vanilla, Kahlua, & a shot of espresso make this a perfect after dinner coffee! THE SOURS Choose your base spirit for a classic egg white Sour: Amaretto, Chivas 12yr, Pisco, or Remy Martin. MISS TRIXI DIXI Created for Miss DixieBelle, this is a straight up blend of Absolute Vodka, Cointreau & finished with Chambord. DELUXE OLD FASHIONED The classic Makers Mark Old Fashioned with a splash of luxury. MANHATTAN MONKEY APPLE PIE MARTINI Monkey Shoulder blended with sweet vermouth, Grand Marnier and orange bitters. We give you the opportunity to sample and taste a selection of beautiful wines from across the globe. We are regularly joined from the wine world by top Wine Producers, Winery Owners and aficionados, giving you the opportunity to meet and chat directly with the experts! Whether you are a wine novice or a master vintner, there is something for everyone and always lots to be enjoyed! You will also have the opportunity to purchase these wines at a fantastic discounted rate. A great addition to your wine cellar! From time to time, we also offer special wine dinner evenings with a wine maker. You and a small informal gathering of our members can dine and enjoy a special meal chosen to compliment the wines and spend the evening discussing the wines directly with the producer or wine maker. We also have whisky and cigar evenings, cognac events and have plans to host rum and gin tastings in the near future!
