Cochinta Pibil Marinade In a large bowl, mix 1/3 cup orange juice, 2/3 cup lemon juice and 2 seeded and chopped Habanero peppers. Mix in 1 tsp. of each cumin, paprika, coriander, and chili powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Marinated Red Onions Bring 1/2 cup vinegar to a boil. Add in 2 red onions, cut into rings. Reduce heat and simmer until tender. Black Bean Puree Pour 1 can of black beans into a saucepan. Once beans are heated, drain and retain liquid. Put beans into blender with some of the liquid and blend.
